As his life continues to spiral out of control, Parker has to juggle what’s most important to him: his relationship, his need for revenge or his life. Then again, no one said becoming the new Windrose would be easy.

Immediately, I jumped back, cradling the globe from the Winter Court in one hand and holding out the other. My heart pounded as my mind raced with a hundred different plans.

Swishing my hands in the air, I called up a breeze, a slight whisper that grew into a wind that shook at Javor’s armor where it was at odds with the wind’s direction. The air shrieked, and I fed into that joy, giving it more and more magic until a small tornado kept Javor from attacking me again.
