Isaac Talen has a secret. A big secret. The kind of secret that keeps him up at night.

Desperate to find a distraction, Isaac throws himself into planning the annual Kissing Booth fundraiser for the local Q Center. Maybe hard work (and possibly a little kissing) will keep him from pining away!
Tristan Fallon hasn’t felt like himself for the longest time. Fresh out of a relationship that left some serious scars, he’s not looking for love, he’s looking for something to keep him distracted from reality. When his best friend invites him to participate in the Kissing Booth, Tristan jumps at the opportunity to get involved with something other than boyfriend drama.
But when sparks fly during a blindfolded kiss, will Tristan and Isaac discover that what they’ve been looking for is right in front of them?
Kissing Mr. Perfect is a short, sweet and oh-so-steamy besties-to-lovers M/M romance complete with a happily ever after! This story contains adult content and language which may not be appropriate for all readers.
REVIEW:
When two 16 year old boys bonded during a fight against some bullies in high-school, who knew that it would lead to a friendship that’s lasted years?
Athletic Tristan eventually came out and has had a series of boyfriends but it’s always been his best friend Isaac who’s patched up his wounded heart when things went south.
And Isaac, who’s also come out since high-school, has always had a bit of a crush on his bestie, but has never had the courage to be honest about it over fears of losing his best friend.
Now, after hosting Tristan for almost six months when he and his cheating ex ended things, Isaac is planning something special for the gay community center for which he works. A Kissing Booth. So when his workmates press him to ask the toothsome Tristan to be one of the kissers on offer, what could possibly go wrong?
Problem is both guys have begun to realize that maybe, just maybe, there something better and more satisfying that could possibly be worth risking their friendship over… if only the other felt the same way.
This romantic novella is a quick and satisfying read, and a nice bit of fantasy fulfillment fiction, but really only an appetizer. Yes there is a HEA ending, and even the beginnings of what could be a hot sexual relationship, but it ends all too quickly for my liking. The writing is accomplished, the guys are likable, and I enjoyed spending time with them, but by the end I really wished that the authors had decided to expand this work. I’d have liked to see more of the two as young men, more of how their friendship grew over the years, and more of how and why Isaac failed to pursue Tristan before our tale is joined. Yes, I enjoyed this, but since the authors have held out on me a bit by not giving me a fuller tale, I’m holding out on them by not awarding that final heart.
