This month has been an assortment of new and newish things, as I’m trying to spread my reach as an author.
I’m finally getting traction in getting my books out in paperback. On Wings of Song has been out in paperback since last April, but I hadn’t done anything since as it’s been sitting in the mindset of my too hard basket.
Ridiculous really, considering it’s not that difficult. But, as with things I don’t do often, it can be hard to get rid of that perspective, especially as I couldn’t find the notes I could have sworn I made when I uploaded On Wings of Song to Ingram Spark last year. Needless to say this time I’ve made step by step notes, and in my project planning notebook so I can find them.
Shadowboxing, book 1 of Echoes Rising is now out in paperback! I decided to go wide for the paperbacks because being in New Zealand and it not always easy to source things from Amazon, I wanted my readers to have options too. You can still buy it on Amazon, but it’s also available in other places such as Book Depository etc.
I have the wraps for Winter Duet, and Shades of Sepia, so aiming to get those out in paper in the next week or so. Family and Reflection will be coming in June, with Elizabeth’s books in our shared world The Sleepless City in May and July.
We’ve also signed contracts with Juno Publishing for the series, so look out for them in French late 2022. Juno will also be publishing my historicals—my WWII Echoes Rising series, and WWI set On Wings of Song.
I signed up for a bookfunnel author account last month as well and have joined two promotions:
Shades of Sepia is part of the MM Falling in Love All Genre Promotion.
