Have You Been Chosen?
For the first time, Macy Blake’s two bestselling paranormal fantasy series are being published in a three-volume mega-verse box set!
Each volume will feature three full-length MM novels with dragons, hellhounds, vampires and more, with never before published bonus material. All in reader-requested chronological order.
Volume Two:
Hell on Earth: Hellhound Champions Book One
As alpha of the hellhounds, Meshaq is tasked by his goddess to be the police of other creatures. When he meets the mysterious Drew, a human on the run, Meshaq is drawn to him in a way he doesn’t understand. His duty is clear, but his feelings for Drew have him longing for things he can’t have. Magical forces collide, beginning a battle that will require all of Meshaq’s skill as the goddess’s champion. He may be the enforcer of the supernatural world, but Meshaq is in danger of losing his heart.
Next to Nothing: The Chosen One Book Three
Sawyer is closer than ever to fulfilling the ancient prophecy of the Chosen One, but the bonds between him and his newest guardians are giving him doubts. With his reluctant hippocamp and an egotistical fae prince, Sawyer has his hands full in more ways than one. The rules are changing, and Sawyer has to adapt quickly if he’s going to keep up, especially after he’s whisked away to the land of the fae, a place with cryptic customs. One misstep could very well lead to his death.
Hell to Pay: Hellhound Champions Book Two
Hellhound beta Solomon has no complaints. Life is fine. His pack and his goddess-given duties as a protector of the human realm are enough. So what if he’s a little bored and a smidge lonely? His scheme to get to know his human pack mate comes at the worst possible time, especially as Cody is convinced he works for a group of elite mob enforcers instead of the protectors of the supernatural world. When a magical attack draws Cody into the supernatural world, can Solomon convince Cody to join them in a dangerous mission to defeat a terrifying creature bent on raining destruction on them all?
Includes bonus short story:
Double or Nothing
Mikey Smith lives with what he calls his “flickers”. When he’s out in the world, sometimes other people flicker and change into something terrifying that no one but him can see. He’s been diagnosed with epilepsy, but part of him knows what he sees is real. When two men walk into his coffee shop, his world is turned upside down when they transform into something else… and they know he can see them. Asher and Quillon aren’t expecting to add a third into their mix… but neither of them are opposed to the idea either. When they meet Mikey, they’re drawn to him from the first moment. He’s a human exposed to their world, though, and the consequences are severe. Can Asher and Quillon protect their new human mate from the forces that threaten him?
REVIEW:
I didn’t think that the first boxset could be topped with all that was going on in it, but boy was I deadly wrong. This boxset has sent me through the roof with how much I love this series. And it has now quickly made Macy Blake a one-click for me. If you have not read these two series, you need to. And quickly. And they coincide with each other so you need to make sure you read them both. I love paranormal books. It’s one of my favorite genres. And Macy has went beyond the beyond with how she’s done this series. It’s perfect. It has everything you need and there’s still stuff not yet revealed. So I’m excited to jump into the next part of this series and see how it ends. I’m just blown away at the writing with this series, the characters and everything. It’s got a great plot, good storyline and there’s more to come. You can’t not put these books down once you have started them and I love it.

REVIEW:
This is just a short story but it’s good. If you remember Sawyer from book 2 and coming up in book 3, you will find out that Mikey is his brother. And this is Mikey’s story.
Mikey was always thought of as a freak. His own parents dumped him when they didn’t understand and no one believed what was happening to him. Until he came across a set of foster parents, his last ones, who didn’t care what he saw or didn’t. They just wanted to love and care for him. Now he’s got a charm from a friend, whom he has no idea who really is, and his episodes aren’t as bad. Until Asher and Quillon enter his shop. And he has the worst episode he’s had in a long time. And it’s bad enough to bring hellhound Solomon around. Solomon gets real quick what is going on but Asher and Quillon are so quick to protect Mikey, that nothing is getting said until Solomon puts his foot down. And the truth comes tumbling out. Not only that, but Mikey finds out that he has not one mate, but two. Who are ready for him to accept them. But it’s not that easy, and they still have to deal with the fact that a human knows what they are. And if there are going to be consequences from what has happened.
My heart breaks for Mikey’s story. But after hearing Sawyer’s as well, I’m not surprised. I’m just happy they got to find good parents in the end and people who were willing to accept them. I don’t blame Mikey for being terrified of things either. I’d probably flipping the crap out too if I saw what he did on a daily basis. But I’m glad he has beings who see him for what and who he really is. And want him more than anything. Even with the possible danger that comes from being together.
It’s a good short story. Sweet and romantic. Kind of funny, because Asher is a trip. You’ll see if you haven’t read it already. I’m ready to see who’s next.

A Gay Paranormal Harem Romance
What do you get when you mix a dragon, a vampire, a griffin, a mage, and a human? Sawyer Smith’s life sounds like a punchline, but the mates he’s come to love are no joke. They’re fierce and wonderful, protecting him from the outside forces trying to destroy him. Add in a reluctant hippocamp and an egotistical fae prince, and Sawyer has his hands full in more ways than one.
Sawyer is closer than ever to fulfilling the ancient prophecy of the Chosen One, but the bonds between him and his newest guardians are giving him doubts. The rules are changing, and Sawyer has to adapt quickly if he’s going to keep up, especially after he’s whisked away to the land of the fae, a place with cryptic customs. One misstep could very well lead to his death.
Navigating the waters of his newest relationship is tricky enough without the encroaching dangers. Something terrifying is heading Sawyer’s way, threatening not only his life, but everything he’s built with the mates he loves. Despite their concerns, Sawyer is ready to make sacrifices, because there’s next to nothing he wouldn’t do to keep them safe.
REVIEW:
Holy shitake mushrooms!!! I was soooooo not expecting how this turned out. I am impressed. This did not come expected by any means and if you guys haven’t read this series, you need to get on it. It’s so amazing.
Sawyer is trying so hard to bond with the prince from the fae realm. But while he’s trying to bond, things are getting more dangerous, especially when his brother, Mikey, shows up. It seems as though the crap has literally hit the fan and no one can really understand what’s going on. When an attack leaves Henry almost dead as well as Sawyer’s dog, Pearl, the fae prince knows they have to retreat to the fae realm for healing. As they are in the realm, several things keep happening. One, someone is still attacking. But Sawyer has finally figured out who and the truth comes pouring out. But with the changes that are now coming their way, will they be able to survive? Because Sawyer has been showing signs of things he shouldn’t be able to do, and now he knows almost the whole truth. But will he be able to protect everyone, including the mates he loves so much? Or will the evil trying to kill them all finally win?
I want to share SO much about this book, but I can’t because it will give SO much away. All I know is I was absolutely blown away. Really blown away. I was loving how Ward was bonding with every0ne, finally, and the bonds with them all were becoming stronger. Sawyer had one of his brothers back and in the know of what was going on. But the fae thing was throwing him off. But the truth comes out about it as well. And it will shock the crap out of you. I really cannot get over these characters. They are just amazing. I mean the amount of beings alone as Sawyer’s mates, is mindblowing as it is, but then Mikey’s mates and the fae realm. I love it. But what has amazed me through it all, is even as terrified as Sawyer has been at times, he’s shown some strength and bravery and more courage than an army of soldiers. He will do anything he can to make things right and to make sure that his mates are cared for. He has become so much over these weeks in this book and I love how it ends.
I really can’t wait to dig into the rest of this series. I am totally recommending it to everyone.

Protector. Boogeyman. Hellhound. Meshaq has been called it all. As alpha of the hellhounds, his goddess has tasked him with protecting the secrets of the supernatural world. He’s the police of other creatures and the enforcer of the goddess’s rules. If his duty leaves him lonely and longing for a mate and a larger pack, well, the goddess knows the secrets of his heart and she will grant them if it is her will.
Drew Metcalf is a man on the run. When he finds himself in a biker bar surrounded by leather wearing giants, he thinks he’s a goner. But there’s something different about the man slinging drinks. He makes Drew feel safe, something he hasn’t felt in a long time.
When Drew and Shaq’s worlds collide, a different kind of magic happens. Shaq doesn’t understand why he’s so drawn to the human whose life is shrouded in mystery and danger. What Shaq does know is that Drew needs his protection. Magical forces are at work, beginning a battle that will require all of Shaq’s skill as the goddess’s champion. With a terrifying threat looming, Shaq and Drew are in danger of losing more than their hearts.
REVIEW:
Since I started the first box set, I was in love with MeShaq from minute one. Yeah, he’s a big, bad hellhound, but he’s really a big cuddly teddy bear any other time. And he’s proved it over and over each and every time someone broken or down on their luck has needed someone. It’s in his nature to protect and want to take care of others in any form that means. He’s the Champion for a reason.
But what’s funny, is there is lore that has been around for generations that no one really believes in anymore. Because what all the hounds have seen, nothing has changed. But one scared young man has entered Shaq’s bar and has changed everything right off the bat. Shaq sensed it immediately. But what has shocked him is what comes next. Drew is going to change his life and the life of the pack intensely. And none of the pack, including Shaq can believe what’s coming. Even when the goddesses themselves tell them what’s more or less going on. All that Shaq knows, is he has to protect Drew from whatever is coming, and figure out why he is so drawn to him, when none of the other pack members can smell what he does. He only hopes they get through what’s coming so he can figure it out.
I love this story so much. I love this series. Even with everyone from the other series, The Chosen One, Shaq has always been my favorite. There’s just something about him. And I think that even though he’s an alpha, he doesn’t let it go to his head. He knows his strengths and weaknesses and knows he can take on just about anything. That’s what the goddess made him Champion for. But what’s funny even more, as many people that have thrown themselves at Shaq to get his attention, in one form or another, Shaq has never given in. He’s not been interested. Until a scared, shy young man came into his bar. And he crawled under Shaq’s skin quicker than he could blink and it’s funny to see this big, bad being taken down by a little human. If you’ve read it you will understand. If you haven’t, just wait. It’s really funny.
I can’t wait to get more into this series. It has been amazing. I love the characters, the storylines, the plot. I love that even though there’s the fated mate thing going on, it’s not all about the sex. Although, there is that as well and it’s hot. But it’s about everything. The world going on around them, the mysteries, the changes, the magic, and acceptance. The old ways coming back and so much more.

REVIEW:
Ok so if any of you haven’t read this series or The Chosen One series, or maybe have read one but not the other, whichever the case may be, you need to understand that these series are running simultaneously. While the Hellhounds have their story, The Chosen One and his crew are doing theirs at the same time. And it’s so ……intriguing the way that Macy has set this up. She’s done it again for me with this series and this book and I can’t wait to get to the last books because some major big changes are being made and coming and I can’t wait to see where this is going to go in the end.
I was happy about this book for Sol. When he learned that Shaq had not only gotten mated, but mated an omega, it finally gave him the final push of hope he’s been wanting for so long. It’s been generations that his pack has had a mate or anything of the sort, but the old ways seem to be returning and it’s almost too much to hope. But the one person he didn’t plan on it being, was Cody. He wanted Cody the minute he saw him, but Cody was terrified at first and then seemed to be into Shaq, so he stayed back. But the more Drew pushes at him, the more he knows he needs to make a move. If only he knew what to say without starting a holy war. But things start getting a little better with Cody when Sol makes a move and Cody figures out he’s the one behind it. And it’s like Sol is finally home. Until an evil attack shows Cody what he’s been trying to figure out all along and he is now terrified. He gets a grip pretty quick, but he’s been shoved into a world he could never dream of and it’s a lot. And now with the bigger threats on the horizon, will things be over before they can even start?
I really wanted Sol to find his mate so bad. He wanted it so much he was miserable. And for it to be Cody just turned out even better, because now Cody could see what love really was. And not the fake crap just to get in his pants. Yeah, he and Sol haven’t gotten their whirlwind romance, but it’s funny because for Cody, it doesn’t really have to be. Drew is the more prima donna. Cody just wants to know he belongs and he’s a partner. He wants to be needed, even if he’s terrified. He wants to know that his partner has his back and that he can take care of his man too. That it happens to be Sol….even better. It’s been a hard road for Cody in this one, though. He’s been through a heck of a lot in a short amount of time and if it was me, I probably would have lost it long ago. Maybe. Maybe not. I usually have a good head in a bad situation, but then again, I’m not dealing with mystical beings either. So big difference. But again, I’m loving the bond that is going on with everyone. They are all forming things together and growing stronger. They are learning even more to rely on their instincts and each other. And that’s saying a lot considering how close they already are. But because of their bond, others are now feeling like they can contribute and fight for the cause as well. And it’s a great thing, because everyone needs to feel needed.
I Can’t wait to get to the next books. Read this series if you haven’t already. Read them both.

The whole boxset series is one of the best put together stories/sagas out there, IMO. So well done, loved it ❤❤❤
I so agree. It is one of the best hands down that I’ve ever read. And I can’t wait to get to the 3rd boxset
I LOVE this series! I had read All Kidding Aside and really liked it – there’s so obviously a little backstory there 🙂 So went to the link on GR to her suggested reading order, started with Sweet Nothings, and didn’t look up until I had read all 12! Time well spent.
I haven’t read All Kidding Aside…yet. but I’m going to. I think I have it. But this series has just blown me away. I can’t believe how impressed I am by it. It’s so fabulous
