Be aware of the reader advisory. And add to that there could be a trigger for those as there is a homophobic incident to personal property of one of the MCs. So be careful and be aware.
Liam gets a new part that he’s kind of struggling with. He’s a city boy with a secret. He’s gay and he’s tired of hiding. And the part he’s trying out for is leaving him feeling less than satisfied. When he goes to Cedarwood to research, he never thought he’d find friends much less a love interest. Especially after one of his flings lives in the town. But he’s married and happy now so hopefully won’t hold it against Liam. But he’s been warned by the guy who’s helped him with his rental property warned him against his brother without Liam saying a word about being gay. But when Liam meets Stone, he can’t help but fall in love. As they get to know each other, Liam can see his life with Stone and wants it more than anything. But the Coalition is determined to cause problems, and they do. But the question is, will Stone still want to be with him when everything hits the fan, or will they weather through the storm that’s about to hit?
It’s hard to live a double life. Especially when you’re in the spotlight. Agents and certain people may know you are gay, but they are determined to keep it under wraps in order for them to get their money. Gay actors are more out now, but still, a lot of people still have a hard time with it. And it’s proof with the Coalition. But Liam is finding that in this small town, that he’s finding himself looking at things through new eyes. He sees himself living in a place like this. Away from all the hustle and bustle of it all. He loves being an actor and being in the limelight, but if there’s something more important than acting, he would be a fool to pass it up. And he’s no fool. A butthead at times and self-centered at others. But he knows a good man when he sees one and he’s not passing it up for anything. He just hopes his life doesn’t get in the way. And it’s scary for both of them. Especially when Stone finds out what his crazy ex has done. But when you find something important, it’s worth the work.
