BLURB: I knew the moment I saw him that he was going to change my life. What I didn’t know was how. One thing had been clear…I wanted him. I felt his stare across the room, had felt his pull and desire in my core.
Nothing’s changed since that night three years ago. He can still control me with his eyes. He can still heat me up in minutes. He shows me a world I never knew existed. A world filled with passion and desire and the freedom of sex in all forms. He gives me everything I didn’t know I needed. I’m his and he’s mine, and he proves that to me every day.
REVIEW:
I wasn’t too sure what this was about as it begins. But, before long, things clear up and the story takes shape with Misha and Geoff showing us their life and relationship. Misha is Geoff’s sub, and it is clear that they are in love and Geoff will do just about anything to fulfill Misha’s fantasies. This installment is just that – Geoff making some of those fantasies come to fruition. What ensues are some deliciously kinky scenes that are basically an afternoon delight. Things are kept pretty light, aside from the actual fantasies, through much of this short story.
Towards the end, the story takes on a more serious tone when Geoff’s long-time best friend assists in carrying out the fantasy (one of Misha’s biggest). When all is said and done, Misha and Geoff realize the fantasy brought out other feelings that they are not ready to let go. Luckily, Luke is on board as well and looking to make a move from NY to the West Coast.
I loved the premise here (established couple playing out fantasies in scenes), and the relationship (established couple), and am excited to see where the potential throuple is going to go (Geoff and Luke, the doms to sub Misha). Some of the fantasies are a little dark and definitely taboo (non/con, rape, father/son, etc.), but they are well written and play out nicely. My biggest issue here is the over-the-topness of Misha (more so than Geoff or Luke) when talking. I had a hard time really warming up to him because of this.
However, all in all, this was a hot afternoon quickie to enjoy, and it left me looking forward to jumping into something with a little more meat to it, which the next installment looks to be.
