MATEO MORGAN
CALL SIGN: SOLO
Reckless, arrogant, and bold, Solo is as known in the U.S. Navy for his bad-boy reputation as he is for his skills as a fighter pilot. It’s a surprise to his peers, then, when he’s chosen to train and compete at the most prestigious naval aviation academy in the world.
MISSION RULES:
1.Kick everyone’s ass.
2.Do whatever it takes to win.
3.Do your best to distract the competition.
4.Especially when that competition is a gorgeous blue-eyed perfectionist who makes your blood run hot.

GRANT HUGHES
CALL SIGN: PANTHER</b
Disciplined, smart, and confident, Panther can’t afford not to play by the rules. As the son of a top Navy commander, all eyes are on him, and being anything less than number one is unacceptable.
MISSION RULES:
1.Keep it safe in the air.
2.Prove you’re more than Commander Hughes’s son.
3.No distractions. Stay focused.
4.Don’t fall for your competition—especially not the rebellious heartbreaker with lips made for sinning.
In the heat of the hot California sun, tempers flare and desires ignite as Solo and Panther try to resist their attraction while fighting to be number one.
With passion this intense, the question remains:
Who’s gonna come out on top?
REVIEW:
Ok I admit I kind of squealed when I saw this book finally appear! It was hard waiting to finally read the conclusion of Solo and Panther’s story. One of the reasons why I prefer to read a continuing series when it is finished is that you can continue reading until the story is truly done.
With the delay on this final part it was agonizing to wait, but it was so worth the wait!
Solo and Panther get their HEA in the best of ways, plain and simple.
This third book brings you back into their relationship but on a more intense and serious level.
You get to know a bit more about Grant and Matteo and as a bonus there is a lot of hotness tossed in there. There is no denying these two men are smoking hot and sexy together!
This final part shows how Panther and Solo grow into their relationship and into their connection. The strength, the love, the all-in feeling you might want to call it.
Yes of course there is a hiccup in the way but to me personally, it felt like you knew for sure it would be ok.
Authors Ella Frank & Brooke Blaine did an amazing job in creating these two men because you know they are solid. You feel that this is it and to me as a reader that is a very satisfying feeling.
Working toward the ending you get some perfectly drafted and measured endings, and an inside look into the future in the fabulous epilogue.
The only thing that slightly keeps ticking me off is why the three books? I mean this story could have easily been told in 2 books (perhaps even 1 long one).
It doesn’t color my review in any sense but it is something that I feel is such a shame as I believe even more readers (and I am not talking fans) would benefit and enjoy these wonderful stories without having to buy three separate books.
That being said this trilogy, and I can honestly say this about any of the books these two authors co-wrote, is definitely worth every penny.
I can only repeat what I said in the beginning. This final book was definitely worth the wait and makes an amazing read for every series lover in the contemporary genre.
Very curious reader here wondering what both authors will come up with next together that is 😉
