He’s twice his size and a lot older, but will Mac let Quentin come out on top?
Quentin is searching for…something.
Respect.
Answers.
His identity.
Most of all, he’s searching for a man who will let him be in charge, despite the fact that he looks like an elf.
But all that will have to wait because right now, he’s searching for shelter after getting stranded in the middle of nowhere, New York with a massive snow storm about to hit. He finds an unexpected host in Mac, a man the whole town seems to hate. Mac has secrets…but so does Quentin.
Sparks fly between them, but can it lead to more when Mac is twice his size, a lot older, and practically a virgin… and when Mac can’t leave and there’s no way Quentin will stay?
Snow Way Out is a steamy contemporary gay romance with an age gap, a dash of kink, a ton of snow, a gentle giant of a man, and a bossy twink. It’s a standalone book in the Snowed In – Valentine’s Inc. series, which are only connected by the same writing prompt.
REVIEW:
Oh my gah, I’m so in love with Mac. Quentin is so special too, but there’s just something about Mac that gets to me. Maybe it’s the mama instinct and I want to kick everyone’s butt for him, I don’t know. But that man, he’s just the absolute best. I swear he’s an angel in human skin.
Quentin is out in New York on a special research project for his PhD, when his car breaks down in a little town. Ironic what the town’s name is. And he’d be keeping the info behind that to himself. But when he and the tow truck driver take his car to the junkyard person, he sees a man that almost scares him at first. A massive man, with tattoos and piercings, that just screams menace. Until he opens his mouth. And Quentin falls a little in love from the first. He ends up having to stay with Mac and the chemistry between them is explosive. But both have secrets that are killing them and for Quentin it’s even more devastating when he finds out the truth. But when it comes time for Quentin to leave, he doesn’t know how he will be able to. And Mac doesn’t know if he can survive without the man.
I can’t give this away. There’s just so much to this book though. You have to read it to get how special it is. Mac is one of a kind and just the perfect person. Yes, he has flaws like everyone else, but once you read and get to know him, you will see what I mean. He’s an angel. And the way that Quentin just takes care of him in his way, makes Mac so much more. He’s learning to be more confident in who he is and soaks up what Quentin gives him like a sponge. And I can’t give away anymore than that. I can’t. I want to so bad, but it will give so much away. Just know that you will be missing out on some special characters if you don’t read this. I hope everyone falls in love with Mac the way I did.
