CINDY
Resonance: A Rhythm of Love Novel by Neve Wilder
I really enjoyed the slow burn of this story. Owen is damn sweet and I love how he helps Dan find the joy in his life again. They were characters who were easy to connect with and the story didn’t hurry me along.
Hellion (415 Ink #3) by Rhys Ford
Rhys Ford is a writer who has a very particular voice. Her characters are always meticulously developed and Ivo Rogers is someone who I found very easy to sympathize with. I loved how Ruan was willing to understand that he had his own issues to work through. It made him more “real” to me. I don’t always love everything Rhys writes, but this story really, really tugged at my heart.
Finding Finlay: MC Securities#2) by Ruby Moone
Finlay and Aaron’s story had me laughing through tears a lot of the time and that’s my very favorite emotion. I like a good mystery and this one had me intrigued.
I love sci-fi and this author did it well. Nox and Luca are both characters with so much going against them but they find strength in each other. This book was smart and interesting and I hope she does more with these characters.
Ammo and Enchiladas (Border Crossing #2) by BA Tortuga
This book broke my heart several times before putting it all back together. This author has a knack for getting us inside a characters head and helping the read truly understand where their characters are coming from.
Wicked Games (Queen City Rogues #2) by Aimee Nicole Walker
One of the few sequels better than the original story. There’s intrigue and heartache and some truly interesting twists and turns. Watching Ryder and Lucien finding their way to each other was so much fun to watch.
A little bit of a different story from this author and I loved it. Jordan and Brady are two very different men who are the epitome of opposites attract. Brady is adorable and the way Jordan comes to love him for who he is made me smile a lot.
Eye of the Beholder by M.D. Grimm
Supernatural stories are my very favorite and vampire and werewolves are right up my alley. This book gripped me right from the beginning and never let me go once. It’s a real page turner with fantastic, compelling characters.
