REVIEW:
I’m not a huge fan of holiday stories in general, but this was a really enjoyable afternoon quickie. It doesn’t have the sweetness overload that most of these tend to have, for which I was thankful.
The blurb pretty much tells you what’s going on here, and with it only being 46 pages, there really isn’t much to say without giving too much away.
Suffice to say, these guys are sort of thrown together and realize they have chemistry and things in common. When they go back to their own lives, they decide to continue their relationship, but on their own, figure out ways to secretly help each other. It doesn’t all go over they way they hope, but the thoughts are in the right place.
The one thing I was hoping for was more detail on the quilt. We never really got to the bottom of what was so special about it, although it does play a pretty big role in tying their relationship together.
All in all though, I really enjoyed this and read it in one sitting. I liked the writing style and smooth feel of the story and will definitely be keeping my eyes out for more from Mr. Keys in the future.

Thank you for sharing your. thoughts on the story. I think the quilt thing would bother me a bit but like you I would still enjoy the story.
I enjoy forced proximity stories.
Looks like a sweet one!
I love stories that involve rescuing… isn’t it romantic? And that cover is sooo cute!
