OVERALL REVIEW:
This bundle is just great. Two great little stories with some big surprises that make you just want to squeeeeeeee and go awwwww. There’s obstacles to overcome but they’ve learned what it means to be a family and that’s what matters. I’m loving this series.

What a sweet sweet story. And one that breaks your heart, too. I really want to go smack Kellan’s brother. And I get the bad feeling he’s going to pop up somewhere.
Poor Kellan was literally kicked out of his flock. Out of a truck by his cruel brother. He’s been doing his best trying to shift back and forth to stay warm and find somewhere to hole up, but for some reason he can’t shift anymore. He’s going to die in this cold weather. But then he sees a beautiful wolf and thinks he’s going to die that way. But Vic shifts and quickly gets him to warmth and safety. But Vic is noticing there’s a weird pull to Kellan. He’s trying to be so gentle and patient. He doesn’t want to scare the skittish boy, but the pull is drawing him closer. As they grow closer, Kellan’s heat kicks in and it all makes sense. They’re true fated mates. As much as he wants Kellan, he has no idea how a wolf and a swan are supposed to work. And he’s nervous.
Ok so I just want to squeeeeeeee over Kellan right now. I love swans. So beautiful and graceful. And Kellan is just a cutie patootie I want to just scrunch up with hugs. And then kick his brother’s ass. Kellan is just the absolute sweetest soul, but his brother’s bullying and such have left it’s mark. I hate bullies. But Kellan is a survivor. He’s a doll and he fights for what’s his. He’s fierce and I don’t think people realize yet how fierce this little swan is.
And Vic. Just a big ole teddy bear. Well, wolf lol. He’s a sweet soul himself. But he’s been lost in grief over his family and pack. He does everything he can for Kellan. Knowing there’s something special there. And he couldn’t be more right.
It’s an odd pairing. A wolf and a swan. But what more two beautiful creatures. Seems perfect to me. I really like this series.

If for no other reason, I loved this book because Kellan stepped up and whipped Finn’s ass!!! Wooo!! That made the whole book for me lol. But this was another sweet book. All about family and love and not necessarily the family you’re born with, but the one you make.
Kellan and Vic have been waiting for their little baby to hatch. Every little thing freaks them out, like any parent and it’s so endearing. I love it. Kellan is doing all he can to make this nest a home for the little one but he’s so scared because he’s afraid of doing it wrong. But he’s not. But out on a baby run, Kellan got to show how fierce he really is and saved someone in the process. And I loved it. He was always made fun of and told he was weak and he kicked ass! And now has another swan friend. But that friend has some things of his own to overcome because of Kellan’s brother. And all Vic knows is he wants to rip the man apart. But soon that’s all forgotten as a special someone is making an appearance and it’s the best surprise of all.
Love love loved it! These guys have been through a lot but they are sticking together and being the best they can be. And helping others while they are. It’s what’s family is all about. I love this little bundle.
