Beta’s Strength is an MMM mpreg romance and the fifth book in the continuing Irresistible Omegas series. All books need to be read in order and are not stand alones. The love story between Bray, Kean, and Ruari has a happy end in this book but the overall story of the pack will continue in the next book.
REVIEW:
I have truly missed my reading and this book was the perfect one to kick me back into action!
Bray, Kean and Ruari have survived to raid on the ranch. It wasn’t without a cost though. Sweet beta Kean not only fought hard and was really beaten up but he also held Jawon as he breathed his last breath defending the main house. It was a devastating blow to the pack and the three men realize how easily they could have lost each other. But Kean and Ruari need to show and convince Bray that not only is he their alpha now but they need him forever. They need to show him that they are meant for each other and he is the perfect mate…their fated mate…that his is “not just good enough” but perfect for them.
I loved seeing Bray mature and come into his own with his men. That he allowed them to see his vulnerability and need to truly belong to them. To not be an outsider. I always knew that Ruari would be his perfect omega but the one that truly shone through was Kean for me. His underlying strength and ability to read Bray and then nurture his vulnerabilities was touching. These three men truly complete each other in a way that only two of them would have never worked. They needed their triad to make it work and work it does!
Who would have ever guessed that this self-professed non-paranormal/shifter/mpreg reader would be so caught up in this storyline that they literally couldn’t put the book down??? I would have never thought it possible to be hooked on a storyline like this. I even said so but I love this author’s writing so much that I was convinced to “at least try it”. Now I’m five books into this series and craving the next one as soon as I read the last page! Yes, it’s that good and even if you think you wouldn’t like it I really suggest that you give it a try. The way this author has constructed this alternate world where men shift into wolves and Alphas, Betas and Omegas are fated mates and claiming two or more mates is not only accepted but encouraged. They are told to embrace the “old world” ways of their ancestors. I have been very drawn to the dynamics of the pack and the role challenges that have been embraced. Fantastic addition to this series and I can’t wait for more!
