It’s time to say I do, and Indy couldn’t be more excited. Side by side with Noah, Josh, and Connor, he’s proud to take his vows with their friends watching.
But his post-wedding bliss is rudely interrupted when his past once again comes back to haunt him. And not just him, Connor gets some shocking news as well that leaves him reeling.
Before they can all share the best Christmas ever, they’ll need to come together as one family.
No Angel is the fifth book in the No Shame series, a continuing series that needs to be read in order (start with No Filter). You can expect the usual sexy shenanigans, some suspense, and a whole lotta love and emotions as we reconnect with all characters from the previous books.
REVIEW:
First of all, I want to apologize for the tardiness of this review. Unfortunately real life took over my life and it was all I could do to keep up with it.
Oh my goodness gracious, what a wild ride this one was and in all the right (and sexy) ways. These men literally burn up the pages with their love for each other. Are their love lives unconventional. To the outsiders probably yes. Hell even to some of their family members it is over the top unconventional but what matters is it works for them and there is No Shame allowed with these men. You love who you love and and that’s all that matters! One of my more favorite lines was when Josh realized, in the middle of making Thanksgiving dinner that “Love couldn’t have conditions….Love possessed no limits, no fear, no shame. Love rose above that; otherwise, it wouldn’t be love.” Well said Josh.
I had not expected this sweet treat so it was an especially wonderful Christmas surprise. And what can be more fun than a holiday wedding? Well two couples in a duo wedding makes for a pleasant surprise for the Thanksgiving weekend. Then add in all the festivities of the holidays and you get lots of fun and sexy times. I especially loved the “Christmas Game” that Indy came up with. Those men are so thoughtful and really understand each other’s wants and needs.
I had feared that this series was done but being rewarded with this book was a much loved gift. I’m not sure if there is more to the series however Burke, Blake and Brad’s brother, showing up at Thanksgiving and wanting to ask for forgiveness makes me hope that we might be getting his story next??? (Fingers crossed)
I have fallen in love with this author and her writings and this is the series that lead me to her. I must warn you that this is definitely not a standalone book or series. You need to start at the beginning and read through. And trust me, you will be so thankful that you did!
