REVIEW:
This one I liked. Out of the three, this was the best to me. It was much better. There was more action, more story line. It just had the ‘more’ I was looking for.
I like Krystalf. I like all the characters really. But something about Krystalf. And he’s a bad ass too. Throwing magic the way he does. He’s in trouble, though, from the beginning. Having a dream that sets him off balance in a big way, sets the tone for how things are about to go. Fae have moved in and they are after magic. And Krystalf has a lot. They will stop at no means to get at him and to him. Including killing his friends. But now his heart is on the line as well.
Auren is following fae from his hometown. He’s trying to destroy them all, when he comes up on something he never really thought about. His mate. And someone else he thought long gone. He has to protect Krystalf but Krystalf refuses to be left behind in this fight. Just when they think they may have things under control, something Krystalf sees shows them life is about to get more interesting. And quite possibly very bad.
I think I’ve decided I need a gargoyle 😉 . Auren is sexy, smart, loyal and a hell of a being. He’s also gentle and kind. A dream. And just perfect for Krystalf. Krystalf needs someone who can fight back with him, and yet be the strong but gentle person he needs.
Some good fight scenes in this too. I’m anxious to see how this is going to turn out now. Im invested lol. This one was good. You definitely need to read these in order, though, or you will be a bit lost. See what you think.
