REVIEW:
Silas and Oscar are interesting men. They meet in a club, introduced by mutual friends and waste no time in getting things steamy. And this book is definitely smoking hot. I have no complaints about the sex, except one.
Silas has never had sex with a guy and he quite quickly turns into an expert and I’ll be honest, it kinda put me off.
There’s only so much one can learn from the internet and Silas’s transformation from first time bottom to BDSM master top was just too fast. There was no real learning moments and while I’m no expert, I’m pretty sure there should have been some.
Of course, this story being so short doesn’t really give a lot of room for that sort of exploration or tension building.
I liked both men and the banter between them is cute and like I said, the chemistry is off the charts. Oscar turns out so different from I thought he would and that’s a good thing as well. But I would have liked to have seen a little less sex and a little more character building. It makes it easier to get caught up in the story when you feel like you know the characters better.
This is my first experience with this author, but I like their style so I will check out more of their stuff in the future.
