Any Given Lifetime is a second chance novel in every single way. Not only is it about a second chance romance, but it’s also a book that is being given a second chance of its own.

Years ago, I was an unpublished, fledgling writer and I was building my wings with experimental stories that I tested out on small, select audiences. I was pretty obsessed with second chance stories at the time, as well as a certain dynamic between characters, and I wrote a few that were seen by the audience for which I’d intended them and then shelved—I thought for good.

This past spring, though, I was poking around on my computer and came across this story again. The reincarnation aspect, the deep abiding love, and the passion of it all caught me up again, and I knew that I couldn’t walk away from it this time.

So I sat down over the summer and tore the book apart, pieced it back together, and polished it up as best as I could. Now I’m presenting it to you: reincarnated and meant for a larger audience.
