Mars enters Pisces, giving Beckett Cooper the opportunity to assert himself when it comes to a secret infatuation; his best friend’s younger brother Levi. But can Beckett trust what’s in front of him and be brave enough to take what he wants?
With Venus in Virgo, people usually become more reserved, but Levi Byrne always takes the opposite road of what’s expected of him. So, instead of pulling back, he reaches out for a man he’s been interested in for years; Beckett Cooper.
Is it the celestial bodies aligning to bring together two people destined for each other? Or is it a simple tale of boy meets boy, boy likes boy, and boy wants to kiss boy? Do Beckett and Levi even care, or are they too busy getting to know each other…and falling in love?
Beckett Cooper has been secretly infatuated with his BFF’s younger brother Levi for years. Levi Byrne has liked Beckett for as long as he can remember. When an opportunity presents itself for them to get to know each other better, they both grab it and make the best of it. Will the stars align in their favor and lead Beckett and Levi to a happily ever after?
REVIEW:
Levi is an angel to his family, smart, runs his own business and is quietly intriguing. Beckett, Levi’s brother’s best friend. He is cute, cuddly and a Harry Potter fan. Levi knows what he wants, and it’s Beckett – though both have a touch of hesitation-itus.
You know that adage, ‘It’s the quiet ones you have to look out for,’ well that’s true here. Being one of eleven brothers and sisters, Levi knows when to keep his mouth shut, when to open it and get what he wants.
Well written, in the first person from Levi and Becket’s POV’s; Nobody Else’s is one of those short stories whose characters are out and out good people, that leave you with the warm and fuzzies. It was nice to read a story where the main characters are under six feet and not ripped. Their body types are more like the average person, even if their personalities are practically perfect. Loved the gay biased horoscopes – they gave me a giggle.
Nobody Else’s is a short, simple story, light on drama and an angst-free zone, with that feel-good factor.
