REVIEW:

Well this series is getting better and better. If only Elizabeth would just die already. But alas she isn’t dead. Just frozen, more or less. And the plot thickens as her kid is taking over. This has been one hell of a series.

So Elizabeth’s reach has not seen many bounds lately. The theriomorphs (shape shifters) are trying to stop her and her empire any way the can but her minions are loyal and saved Elizabeth at the last minute. But she has been torn apart and left in stasis. Hidden away. And everyone is trying to find her to end it. New shifters and vamps are joining the mix this go around. Vamps they have found left in stasis for not wanting to be one of Elizabeth’s children. And a theriomorph who is still grieving after losing his loved one in a fight against Elizabeth many years before. Tyr will do all he can to help, but he’s been out of circulation for a long time since hiding in his shape form. But he knows he has to help this fight. What he didn’t expect was meeting Adam. A vampire who hates Elizabeth. He fears his emotions that are growing toward the vampire and in that fear pushes Adam away. So Adam does accepts an offer to go after the head vampire, Thrace, to see if he will help find Elizabeth and trick him into killing her. But plans don’t always go as expected and now they have to race to fight the master vampire and Elizabeth who Thrace has revived.

Man this is soooooooo good! I want to stab that heifer myself lol. Knowing all the pain the psycho has caused and is still causing. Tyr is still so hurt and grieving the loss of his mate, he hasn’t changed back into a human in 70+ years. And everyone is afraid of him going completely feral. They manage to bring him back for this mission, but things get complicated when he meets Adam. A vampire who has been locked in a coffin for 70+ years for refusing to be one of the heifer’s children. He didn’t want to be turned and hated Elizabeth for it. Adam remembers Tyr too. Remembers the fight and remembers seeing Tyr’s lover’s life lost. He remembers he was infatuated with Tyr back then, but he caught one look in Tyr’s mate’s eyes and knew he would never try anything. Tyr was clearly taken. Their bond is forged in a weird way because of what they’ve been through. Neither are very trusting but Adam knows he’s grown even fonder for the tiger. But pain and heartache are too much and it takes a severe mission to shake their foundation for things to happen. But these two aren’t the only ones who suffer. Evan is back with his mate and this mission is a hard one. They’ve become closer to the theriomorphs and the bonds are much stronger. Lives are on the line in this battle again but they know no matter what they have to stop these threats.

Go read these books!! They will pull you in quick and leave you wanting more. They are so so good! I highly recommend them.
