One of the most poignant real-life stories that shows the love that is cemented in the Lifestyle.

Damir and Ethan meet while in college. Damir sets his eyes on Ethan and there is no turning back. Ethan is no match for the tall, good-looking, growling football star. Ethan is going become Damir’s, it’s just a matter of time until he realizes it!

I have to be honest, this has been a challenging review. I have actually corresponded with of both of these men in the past. They are best friends with one of my dear friends in real life. They are also the same age as my two older sons. So reading about their real-life sex life, in explicit description at times, was a bit uncomfortable for me. Somehow, when a book is fiction, even though I am sure fiction often mirrors someone’s real life experiences (with a bit of literary freedom usually), it has never affected me. Maybe it is because this is a glimpse into a real life couple’s struggles, and how the Lifestyle has helped them. What became obvious to me while I was reading it was that it revealed just how necessary this book really is. We receive book after book of fictionalization of the lives of characters “living” the Lifestyle but this is the honest, gripping truth of how two inexperienced men found and made their way through the roadblocks of life to make their lives and love work. And, even though some of the rough times I found were more difficult to read, because I knew that they had experienced and lived through them, it is a beautiful tribute to the life that they have made with each other and the amazing true love that they have.

I truly believe that anyone that has been the least bit curious about the Lifestyle needs to read this. I also believe that anyone who enjoys reading either Lifestyle, BDSM, or D/s novels should really read this amazing glimpse into the real life. I have been a fan of BDSM and D/s novels for awhile now and this book explained a lot of the whys to me. Why would a person choose/need to live in the Lifestyle 24/7? Why would you submit yourself to another in this way? How is this real love? You get that and so much more.

A beautiful and touching account of a true life love story! And a must-read in my opinion.
