A $10 Amazon GC donated by Rosalind Abel

Rosalind Abel grew up tending chickens along side her sweet and faithful Chow, Lord Elgin. While her fantasy of writing novels was born during her teen years, she never would have dreamed she’d one day publish steamy romances about gorgeous men. However, sometimes life turns out better than planned.
In between crafting scorching sex scenes and helping her men find their soul mate, Rosalind enjoys cooking, collecting toys, and making the best damn scrapbooks in the world (this claim hasn’t been proven, but she’s willing to put good money on it).
She adores MM Romance and the power it has to sweep the reader away into worlds filled with passion, steam, and love. Rosalind also enjoys her collection of plot bunnies, and welcomes new fuzzy ones in her home all the time, so feel free to send any adorable ones her way.

Would you like the long or the short version of my bio?
The short? You got it.
I write steamy gay romance books and I love it. I also love reading books. Books are everything.
How was that?
A little more detail? Gotcha.

I started writing my first stories when I was a teen…on a freaking typewriter. I still have these, and they’re adorably romantic. And bad, haha. Fear of failing kept me from following my dream to become a romance author, so you can imagine how proud and ecstatic I am that I finally overcame my fears and self doubt and did it. I adore my genre because I love writing and reading about flawed, strong men who are just a tad broken..but find their happy ever after anyway.

My favorite books to read are pretty much all MM/gay romances as long as it has a happy end. Kink is a plus… Aside from that, I also read a lot of nonfiction and not just books on writing. Popular psychology is a favorite topic of mine and so are self help and sociology.

Hobbies? Ain’t nobody got time for that. Just kidding. I love traveling, spending time near the ocean, and hiking. But I love books more.

Come hang out with me in my Facebook Group Nora’s Nook where I share previews, sneak peeks, freebies, fun stuff, and much more: https://www.facebook.com/groups/norasnook/

A $10 Amazon GC donated by JM Wolf

JM Wolf never thought he would one day say that he’s a published M/M romance author. Having a poet for a mother and a sister to once ran a blog, it was only a matter of time before JM discovered his writing genes. In the beginning, his sole purpose in life was to be a singer/songwriter. Writing lyrics was the first step putting his thoughts onto paper. Even while singing, JM always found time to dabble with writing little short stories but never thought too much about it.

Once he reached adulthood, his music dreams left him, but not the feel of writing down what was in his mind. However, that didn’t mean music no longer played a part in JM’s life. His debut book The Black Feather was inspired by one of his favorite songs. Whether lyrics or love stories, you will always find JM’s heart and soul in every word on paper.

JM Wolf lives in Chesapeake, VA with his husband and in-laws. When he’s not writing, you could always find reading a good book, spending time with the love of his life, or jamming out to music. He didn’t pick the world of literature; the literary world picked him.

I have always been a romantic at heart. I believe that while life is tough, there is always a happy ending around the corner, My characters have to work for it, however. Like life in NYC, nothing comes easy and that includes love, but getting there is oh so fun and oh so sexy.

I live in New York City with my husband and two children. My day begins with a lot of caffeine and ends with a glass (or two of red wine). I practice law but daydream of a time when I can sit by a beach somewhere and write beautiful stories of men falling in love. Although there are bound to be a few bumps along the way, a Happily Ever After is always guaranteed.

  1. Favorites….. Collars and Cuffs series. Parker Williams and K.C. Wells.
The Den and The Wolf’s Mate series Kiki Burrelli
    Man Up series Felice Stevens.
I can’t pick just one book out of those lol.

  2. So many! Off the top of my head: Anything by Michele Notaro, Lane Hayes’ Leaning Into series and Lucy Lennox’s Made Marian series

  3. Favorite indi books:
Between These Sheets by Devon McCormack
    Scary by JM Dabney
Metropolis series by Devon McCormack and Riley Hart

  4. I know more authors are doing it, but I don’t immediately notice if a book is self-published. So I had to do a little figuring, and came up with some favs. And thanks for the giveaways, Rosalind, Nora, JM and Felice.
    – Boystown Mystery series by Marshall Thornton
    – Nick Williams Mystery series by Frank Butterfield
    – PsyCop series by Jordan Castillo Price

  5. This is a tough one. A lot of the books I love are independently published.

Widdershins by Jordan L. Hawk (actually the entire series)
A Midwinter Prince by Harper Fox (the 2nd edition was independent)
    Social Skills by Sara Alva

  6. I feel like I read a lot more indie titles these days than I use to…here’s my top 3:
Whyborne & Griffin series by Jordan L. Hawk
Signs of Love series by Anyta Sunday
Psycops series by Jordan Castillo Price

  7. A lot of my favorites were published under now-defunct houses and re-released as indies, so I have a hard time remembering for sure. Some definite favorites include Eden Winters’ DIVERSION series, Clare London’s SAY A LITTLE PRAYER, and Ethan Stone’s BARTENDER, P.I.

  8. Thanks for another giveaway with the focus on self-publicated books. It’s hard to give you just three books, because there are many gems out there, so I’ll go with books I’ve read recently.

Messenger (The Shifter War 1) by K.K. Ness
His Quiet Agent by Ada Maria Soto
    Team Phison by Chase Verity

These books were well written, editing- and storybuiding-wise.
His Quiet Agent satisfied me with a very slow pace and a heat factor of zero (Yeah, asexuality is a thing!). Team Phison is a cute May/December romance of two guys, who met in an online game. And Messenger is a perfectly paced fantasy story with magic and shifters.

  9. 1. Valor on the Move by Keira Andrews
    2. Into The Lyons Den By Sandrine Gasq-Dion
    3. Blue Moon III: Call of the Alpha by AE Via …

    Thank you for the giveaway!

  10. My favourite indy books are Bitter Sweets, by Justine Sebastian, The Hollow Folk series by Gregory Ashe, and the Dale Bruyer series by J.L. Aarne

  11. I’m probably going to go series

Whyborne & Griffin by Jordan L Hawk
Tyack & Frayne by Harper Fox
    Red Dirt by NR Walker

and as a standalone, The River Leith by Leta Blake

  12. The Soldier of Raetia by Heather Domin, Promises part 1 by AE Via and Aftermath by Cara Dee.

    Thanks for the giveaway!

  13. I like the books by Jay Northcote, he has a great wrting style and i love his books. The Housemates serie is one of my favorite series in this genre

  14. I’ll go with The Curse of the Blue Scarab by Josh Lanyon, Bitter Legacy by Dal Maclean and Meatworks by Jordan Castillo Price. Thank you for the giveaway!

  15. Anything by KA Merikan
His Quiet Agent by Ada Marie Soto
And I can’t think of a third, though I’m sure I have one.

  16. Riley Hart Jared & Kieran series

    N.R. Walker Red Dirt series

Josh Lanyon The Adrien English Mysteries

There are so many others, but this is just a start.

  17. Anything by SJ Himes, especially The Beacon Hill Sorcerer series.
Holmes & Moriarity series by Josh Lanyon
Accidental Roots series by Elle Keaton
