REVIEW:
Boom…this was the story that I was really waiting for…this was Wes’s blowout in the series. Wes’s Alpha…that Jackass….hurt Wes and it’s now time for him to get out from this Alpha and start to truly live. I guess that I knew some of the things that happened…so damn sorry that I was correct. I mean, look at Wes and then when the way the children reacted…yeah…you knew what kind of Asshole this guy was.
I know that this is supposed to be about Clay and Aiden…an mostly it is…but I’ve always felt for Wes and his 4 children. That he was just going thru so much and dammit…I just wanted to wrap him and his kids up and protect them…from the moment that he came on screen…Wes has had my heart and I’m really glad that we got to meet that Jackass and to see him finally get what was coming to him. Granted…I wanted Clay to rip appendages off…but…you can’t have everything.
I will say that I really enjoyed the fact that Clay really wanted to go in and kick some serious ass…that makes me like him even more…that and the fact that he was really forcing the issue, making the other family members see what Wes had been going thru and how they turned a blind eye…or even the excuses…yeah…that made me like him a whole hell of a lot more.
Aiden…sweet Aiden…yeah…I really have to say that I like that as he grows stronger as a character…you really see him flourish. I like that he cares so much and he wants to help and try to make everyone’s life better. I really love that Aiden was really there for Wes in this installment. I mean…being there for when Wes finally, truly opened up about what was going on in his life and standing by him.
This installment was a very emotional read and I’m glad that there was a warning in the beginning…just so that it wasn’t a surprise and have you taken off guard. Very good installment.
