Saving Sebastian (Custos Securities #3) by Luna David
As I promised in my review in July, this book is one of my top picks. I absolutely love this series by this fresh, new author. I was literally book-drunk from reading this straight through in under 24 hours. 525 pages of turning as fast as I could. This entire series is just amazing and a must read!
When you go to Universal Studios with your family on vacation and keep looking for Red’s trailer I think the author successfully got to me. I have enjoyed this entire series but Code Red is still my most favorite. Doctors, nurses, movie stars, rock stars…what’s not to love?
Troy: Out of the Dark (Troy Duology #2) by J.J. Harper
I have been a fan of J.J. Harper since I discovered the Reunion series that introduced me to Nico and Ryan. I thought it would be hard to top their story but Troy grabbed hold of me and I desperately needed him to get this HEA. Thankfully J.J. delivered and captured my heart even more.
Hawaiian Ginger (The Hawaiians #4) by Meg Amor
This series is close to my heart because it paints a very accurate picture of my island home and its culture and traditions. I loved Hawaiian Fragrance so much but Hawaiian Ginger captured my heart. Zane’s ability to overcome his disability and dance was so amazing and I just had to include him in my list.
Counterblow (Shatterproof Bond #4) by Isobel Starling
I think it’s no secret I am a huge fan of Declan and Sam. I believe it is also no secret that I despise Sam’s father, Sir James Aiken. So when I had the opportunity to see Declan have it out with that man for playing to loose with his lover’s life I might have been heard cheering in our home a wee bit loud!
Lavender Shores Series by Rosalind Abel
And just no…I can’t possibly single out one of these amazing books about the men I love and the town that I begged my husband to take me to visit on vacation, even though it doesn’t really exist, as he so graciously (not!) pointed out. But Lavender Shores should exist and it does in my mind! That is the sign of a really great series that I won’t let stop if I have my way! Brandon, do you hear me loud and clear??? I need another Lavender Shores fix STAT!
Thunder and Lightening (Death and Destruction #6) by Patricia Logan
I swear Patty is going to be the death of me! If she doesn’t leave my men alone and let them have some peace I don’t know what I will do! And yes…Jarrett and Thayne are mine! I have fallen head over heels in love with them, their families, and their working family at the ATF and FBI. I will admit she made my day when she wrote at the end she had planned on ending their story with getting Miles Lang but said she just wasn’t ready to let them go…oh and at 97% was the icing on the cake! Just saying. Can’t wait for more!
Unbroken Hearts (Unbreak My Heart #2) by K-Lee Klein
I was thrilled when I found out that we got more of Brett and JT’s story. These two men awe me with all they have gone through, their baggage they carry and how they learn to overcome those obstacles and move forward. This is a sweet and poignant one! Waiting for the next book in this series.
No Shame Series by Nora Phoenix
This is another one of those “no budge” for me because these books are so closely tied and there just isn’t a “best one” in the bunch. They are all so great and I am blown away by this brand new author! I can’t wait for the next one! What I love the most is that she doesn’t shy away from the various “kinks” her men enjoy but embraces them. I am a huge fan of threesomes but these books bring on a whole new level to polygamous relationships and the needs that fuel them.
Denver’s Calling (Cooper’s Ridge #1) by J.J. Harper
As I have stated many times, I am a fan of threesomes/ménage stories and I can’t think of a better example than this book. They show that it is hard work and not always easily accepted by society but three men in love can and does work. Denver endeared himself to me so much and I just wanted him to get what he needed and deserved. Ken, East and Denver all made this book and when you talk about hot sex scenes these men scorched the pages!
LAVENDER SHORES BOOKS ARE COMPLETELY ABSORBING, MAKES YOU WANT TO MOVE THERE!!
Great choices. I have read some of these and really liked Unbroken Hearts and Custos Security series.
So many books on your list are waiting for me on my ereader. Although I definitely need to check out Nora Phoenix’s books out, she’s new to me.
I think COUNTERBLOW’s the only one I’ve read…
Wow – I haven’t read any of the books on your list yet. Guess I have some more to look at for my uber-long TBR list.
Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much, Kat! ❤️
I think I read only one book on the list. The others sound like books I’ll enjoy. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for sharing your list, Kat. There are many authors here I need to check!
Again a list with no reads. I have got a few Isobel Starling and I did read some of the earlier Death and Destruction books (Patricia Logan) and didn’t get on with them
Thank you for sharing, i haven’t read any books on your list yet but i did read the first book in the Unbreak my Heart serie by K-Lee Klein and i really liked it so i definitely want to read the second book in this serie.
I have several of these on my kindle (as yet unread)
I’ve read Saving Sebastian….freaking love that series!
Thanks for you tops. Interesting that you included quite a few series. And when someone says that their home state is painted accurately, then my ears perk up, b/c books are one way to travel, and I’d love to get to Hawaii.
Max Walker is one of those authors I have in my tbr list. But I haven’t had the chance to read him yet.
