ROBERTA
Until You (At First Sight #3) by TJ Klune
I have loved this series and to see Paul and Vince finally get married and to have the whole gang together…it was just the very best!! I laughed…A LOT!!! Paul, Vince, Sandy, Kori/Cory, Daddy Charlie, Mattie, Larry, Nana and Johnny Depp…it was wonderful and full of love and laughter and it was beautiful.
The Long and Winding Road (Bear, Otter, and the Kid #4) by TJ Klune
Yeah, this was the very final book in the series and TJ Knocked it out of the park!! There was some tears as one would expect from TJ, but there was also some good laughs and it was really great to see the evolution of these characters and to see then off living their lives.

Of Gods and Monsters: Komainu by Wulf Francu Godgluck
I waited for this book…it felt like FOREVER…the teasers, the wait…I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this book and when I did…I sat down and was prepared…or so I thought…Yeah…Wulf GUTTED ME!! There were so many heartbreaking moments…I just thought that Wulf wanted me into a puddle on the ground and he got his wish. I Loved & Hated the book in equal measure.
Call the Coroner by Avril Ashton
Avril brings the down and dirty and the nasty to so many fans and this book was a great addition to her books. I was anxiously waiting for this book and inhaled every word. I love her books from the very first one and I’ve enjoyed them and reread them when I want good, gritty characters.
Twirled World Ink series by J.M. Dabney
Brawlers series by J.M. Dabney
Executioners series by J.M. Dabney
I took a chance on a new author last year and became HOOKED on her characters!! Psycho…that man makes me giggle. I totally am hooked on her characters and her writing. I am such a HUGE FAN…can’t wait for her next work!!!
Darkest Hour Before Dawn (THIRDS #9) by Charlie Cochet
Gummy Bears and Grenades (THIRDS Novella) by Charlie Cochet
Tried and True (THIRDS #10) by Charlie Cochet
Hell, this series has been on my list from the very first book and even though this series is over…the characters will live on and that makes me happy…but it feels like a part of my heart belongs to them and I’ll never get it back. A WONDERFUL series that you fall in love with.
A Destiny of Dragons (Tales from Verania #2) by TJ Klune
The Consumption of Magic (Tales from Verania #3) by TJ Klune
Yuppers, this year…TJ has really gone and kicked some major booty as he’s hooked me again into another series that I just can’t get out of my head. I’m a willing slave to his characters and where they’ll take me. I am waiting for the next book so that I can know if my heart will belong to me or if TJ just rips it out. We’ll see. This gang of friends (Sam, Ryan, Garry, Kevin, Morgan, Randall, Justin, The King, Sam’s Mom & Dad, & Tiggy…I Love Him The Most!! I love the humor and the emotion that TJ evokes in his stories.
Cask Strength (Agents Irish and Whiskey) by Layla Reyne
Barrel Proof (Agents Irish and Whiskey) by Layla Reyne
The entire series drew me in and Layla created these wonderful characters that wormed their way into your heart and you just had to find out what happened to Aiden’s husband and his work partner. You are held hostage until you get to the very end!
I have LOVED these characters for years and it never gets old. I swear…I want a Mark Vincent in my life. He is such a good man…who would kill if need be in a heat beat and you should know better than to come after his spook…These two men who love hard and will fight for what’s right…I swear…I look forward to these stories. I reread them a couple times a year and it’s always like the first time.
Prophesy (The King & Alpha series #1) by A.E. Via
This was a departure from A.E.’s other work and I have to say that this was a really great story and I read it in one sitting. I just had to find out what these intriguing, well written characters were going to do next. The Vampire King and The Alpha Zenith ( The Alpha of Alpha’s)…yeah…good times and a wonderful start to a good series.
Honorable Mention:
The Difference Between by Blake Moreno
This book was so damn powerful and it was hard to get thru. I haven’t read too many books that hurt…but you know you have to push thru because you have hope. This was that book for me. There is a trigger warning: Dark, and yet ultimately hopeful, this story of true love and rape recovery contains many emotional and graphic scenes of two men making love, as well as some intense scenes of torture. Proceed with care. The author even tells you what chapter that you can skip…I couldn’t do it…I had to know…I’m glad I did…but it hurt.
I loved all the TJ Klune, Charlie Cochet and Layla Reyne books on your list, too. Thanks for sharing it.
Great list. I love The Thirds Series and Agents Irish and Whiskey series. Also there were some others on your list that I am going to check out.
Have read some of these, and enjoyed!
Prophesy was on another list and will be one I look into
Great list! Thank you for sharing it. I really need to read some of these TJ Klune books. Loved Prophesy and JN Dabney’s books too.
I like most on your list, but tbh (and I’m open to otherwise) I’m leery of Klune after what I learned of an obvious-to-many plagiarism with Bear, Otter, and the Kid. I know he’s a fav of many, but of course, that’s not talked about … or conveniently overlooked. I just don’t know.
Looks like a great list of books. I have a few of these on my TBR list.
I’ve read quite a few of these 🙂
Roberta, you and I share some favourites. That’s a great list!
I Have Prophesy by AE Via on my reader waiting to be read (among others LOL). I love her Alpha men so i’m looking forward to this one. Thank you for sharing your list 🙂
Thanks for the list, you have some of my fav authors there.
