REVIEW:
That short blurb of a whole five lines is representative of just how short this new book of Kol Anderson is. This is the latest serial from an author who is renowned for his dark and risqué stories. “The Murder Club” is just that so if you haven’t got a strong stomach or a penchant for the dark and taboo my advice would be to turn away now. If like me you like the crazy then dive straight in!
In true Kol style the story jumps around a bit whilst introducing you to a varied cast of characters – usually there is someone who doesn’t deserve or who shouldn’t be there and in this case it’s Jaime – but the fact that he has put himself in their sights and with the way it ends we can only guess at what Kol has planned for him. Alarik is slick and dangerous but you don’t really get to know anything more about him except that he thinks he’s bigger than god! Brent and Scott – what is their story? How did they get involved in this sick and dangerous club?
There is blood and gore in this one so you have been warned. Kol once again has me intrigued and I will now sit and wait patiently for the next instalment.
