I asked some fans of the series if they had any questions they’d like me to answer, and I got the following in reply:
What inspired you to write Will & Patrick’s Endless Honeymoon?
I’d been toying with the idea of another Will & Patrick episode for some time, but when I started my Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/letablake) last winter, I realized that I wanted to write something special just for those folks who have been so wonderful in supporting me. After about six months of exclusivity on my Patreon account, I decided to release Endless Honeymoon to the world. So we have my wonderful patrons to thank for this installment!
Will we see Will & Patrick adopt or have kids?
Well, I’d hate to spoil anything, but there are some hints in Endless Honeymoon about potential future episodes, and while I can’t make any promises regarding timeline, let’s just say that’s the sort of thing that’s on their mind.
Is Will going to figure out how to say no to his mother?
Haha, well, I think Will is doing pretty well coping with what is, essentially, an abusive situation. He has younger siblings that he needs to be there for, and I suspect that once they are older, and/or once he and Patrick become fathers, he will definitely learn more about putting his foot down. I think parents are most people’s kryptonite. They want to be strong, but they just can’t.
One reader asked if Patrick would leave Will and marry her instead. His answer? A resounding, NO. LOL. I’m afraid he’s a little too in love with his puddin’-pop.
