Three men together. Diverse tastes … one common love.
Richie Morton’s sunk all his hopes and savings into a new restaurant in South London promoting British ingredients and recipes. Yet on opening night, it all seems to be heading for disaster. Lost ingredients, manic chefs, no sign of the customers … he’s in despair. And where are his best friends Craig and Ben, who’ve been helping him set up the new venture? The least they could offer is moral support.
When they do eventually step in, though, they offer support of a very different kind. They tell Richie some home truths — that he pushes himself too much, and must learn to share and trust his life with others. With them, specifically. And then, when Richie’s still unconvinced, they decide to let actions speak for their love instead. They’ll help him relax and dish up a caring, sexy, and far more intimate menu.
REVIEW:
This was a very short erotic tale that turned out to be surprisingly romantic and left me feeling just as warm and fuzzy as it left me feeling hot and bothered. This interlude left me butterfly satisfied while also leaving me wanting more from these men in the future.
I connected to Richie instantly. The way the story opened, I couldn’t help but feel Richie’s disappointment and frustration and want to reach into the story and hug him. There was very little plot, but I like that there was a little. Iy set things up nicely for me to understand the long term connection these men had so that when things heated up, it didn’t feel forced or rushed.
And when these three got together it was awesome. The heat level was fantastic but what stood out to me was the emotional connection that was evident from the very beginning. Even though the focus was on sex, it was a long time coming and was rooted in friendship. It was HOT while also promising a future that would be lasting and loving.
Even though this one was short, I was invested in so much more than just the sex. I greatly enjoyed my reading experience and would love to see more from these men after they have been together for many years.
