So, this was just a wonderful little novella to keep you happy before book ten comes out. OH MY LANTA…this was just a wonderful story and I really didn’t want it to end…but when do I ever?
Dex and Sloane…Sloane and Dex…the two names just make my heart happy. Here we are…6 months before their wedding and Dex is having a bachelor party…so…you know that hijinks are bound to ensue. It’s just…Dex…how all the crazy comes his way and boy do they!!! I love the way things just keep happening to Dex.
In the title of Gummy Bears and Grenades…well…believe me…there are Gummy Bears…Yummy and Grenades…HOLY HANNAH!!
Sloane and Dex…jeez these guys are just so freaking cute together. I see them as the little couple that can. I love how they are together and I really love how they love their family…the lengths that these two will go to keep them safe. These two men have grown so much and to see that love fully on display…not just to each other but for those that they care about.
As you know when you read a THIRDS book…you get loads of action…really good action. Chasing after drug dealers/users…bad Therians looking for trouble. But…you also get some really good humor…aww…the humor…Dex in a Bear Suit…really…just wait for it!!! You Also get some really good sexy times…cuz you know that Charlie throws down on the sexy times and she does a really good job of this. Sexy Dancing….That Is All I Gots To Say About That!!! Enjoy!!
Ash and Cael…how freaking cute are they…I mean after all this time and they are still honeymooning…I totally love to see them together. Cael who is as adorkable as can be and his grumpy Ash…whom I love so much. I’m really glad that we got to see some Ash in this book.
Zach and Austen…aww…I really can’t wait for their story. I mean, I just love how Austen cares about Zac enough to keep pushing him away…but Zach is just so darn sweet and he just wants to spend some time with Austen…super sweet and really…I can’t wait for them to get their HEA.
Seb and Hudson…really…it’s so cute and sugary how loving and sweet they are together…I just smiled tons when seeing them on my kindle screen.
Tony…I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Him So Much!! I love that him and Sloane spent some good quality time together and Tony let him know…he’s not stupid and he knows that are moves in play that he’s not privy to, yet…he’s going to learn them. I love how he loves Dex and Cael and how he loves the two men who love them. Tony is a really great guy and I just LOVE Everything about him. Need More Tony!!
Wolf…so…can I just say that I’m falling for him…I mean…really…I’m falling for this guy so hard. Ash may have some competition for my affections. I love that Wolf is this really dangerous guy and yet, he proves that he’s got some good in him. He loves Hudson and he’s got this thing for Dex…who doesn’t right? But, there is something about a Bad Guy who can be flirty and sensuous one moment and then dark and dangerous the next that just does something for me. Could be that normally I digging on the bad guy and Wolf has made my heart start to flutter a bit more each time I see him on the screen.
Letty, Rosa, Capt Kirk, Milena, Calvin and Hobbs…They all there and made brief appearances, but not like normal. But I did want to mention that they were there.
I have to say that Charlie has done it again. How she packed so much Love, Action and Laughs in such a short story and had me so damn enthralled with the story that when it was over…I was so damn sad. I didn’t want it to end…WWWWHHHHYYYY!!!!! BUT…then Charlie let us read an excerpt of Tried & True. So…just reading the blurb…yeah…I can’t wait!!
