REVIEW:
Part 5 in Second Chance Mates just cements just how tough a road Sterling and Wilder are on. Logan’s hateful, horrible parents aren’t backing down from their accusations of Wilder being unfit to raise Maddie. Sterling and Wilder sink deeper and deeper into depression with only their bond and unborn child to cling to.
Things seem very desolate but their connection strengthens daily with their determination to get Maddie back.
I don’t know but this series just kind of fizzled out for me a few books back. I liked certain things in this book, though. I liked Wilder’s family coming to support both men. They definitely needed the backup which bolstered their fight for Maddie and for their relationship.
There’s seems to be a lot of repetition lately. I’m hoping something new comes along.
