REVIEW:
DAMN, this was so good and so unique. The twist in the beginning was so unexpected but incredibly appreciated, I LOVED every single thing about it. This writing duo is a definite win for me. The things these two came up with in this story had me turning the pages faster and faster. I couldn’t get enough of this book. I really couldn’t. The only reason why I am not giving this one 5 hearts is because there were times the story did drag for me. These two really did their homework on espionage and terrorism because this is in depth and interesting but I yearned for those Kit and Will interactions so much. I needed them like air so I got frustrated when I was denied…by no fault of the authors I might add…
Will has lived for one thing these past few years and that is to get revenge for the men he lost under his command. He knows who is to blame all he needs is one chance at him. There’s quite a big obstacle in Will’s way, however. His targets bodyguard, Kit, seems to be bullet proof and makes it harder and harder to complete his mission.
From their first run-in, Will and Kit’s chemistry is out of this world. They can’t hurt each other, they won’t kill each other, and they can’t keep their hands off each other. Just being together can get them both killed if they’re found out. But they’re hooked and can’t stop…won’t stop…
That’s really about all I can say about the story because this is absolutely full of twists, spoilers, mystery, intrigue…you name it this story has it.
Have I mentioned how fantastic this book is? Have I? Just checking…
I loved the story; this totally had me hooked from the beginning. I loved Will and Kit together so much. Their devotion to each other was fantastic and unexpected but it was perfect for them.
I’m very curious to see what comes next…definitely recommend.
