REVIEW:
We are used to Kol offering up short stories but this was even shorter than usual and a whole lot creepy. See how short that blurb is? The story is just the same and is packed with murder and mayhem.
I wonder if this is the beginning of another of Kol’s series as you get dropped into the middle of something very gruesome without knowing any back story. I think there has been a loss and perhaps that has led to some sort of mental breakdown but you definitely don’t want to be one of the guys that Dan picks up. Poor Brody never stood a chance but the whole set up with the two guys at the end was just added creepiness that ended in horror. I’m not sure what else there is to say about this one except that the cover is pretty apt!
