A part of this books royalties will go to Tihan Network. This book is part of a series, preceded by Harley’s Achilles. It can be read as a standalone. It contains homosexual relations and mature content.
Heavy metal rocker Ransom Fox has everything he’s always wanted: fame, money, groupies and a family who has his back. There’s just one thing missing — someone to love. Since he was a young teen, Ransom has had eyes for only one man, a movie star he knows he’ll never meet. Dying dream, meet trite cliche: Never say never.
Now that Ransom and his band have hit it big, they’re rubbing elbows with celebrities all the time — including a ce…rtain handsome Italian actor. A trip to California launches Ransom directly into Sal Falco’s orbit. Unable to resist the gravitational pull, the men find themselves in each other’s arms, beginning a clandestine relationship. As an actor who makes his living as every woman’s dream, Sal has a custom-made closet to stay in. Ransom knows his love life will need to remain secret, one he’ll happily keep for the man who is even better than his best fantasies.
Sal Falco has been hiding his sexuality for years, but a spine-tingling run-in with sexy Ransom Fox has him thinking that keeping secrets is a lot of work with no payoff. When Sal offers to put Ransom up during his trip to California, even a mansion isn’t big enough to keep him from the sexy rocker. Things heat up in a hurry; hell, the Earth moves. How do you argue with a sign like that? Sal finally gets a taste of his heavy metal heartthrob — and happiness.
Welcome back our friend the cliche: The path of true love never does run smooth. Sal is dealt a devastating blow, one which just might mean the end of his career as well as his new relationship.
Ransom has never backed down from a fight and sure as hell doesn’t plan to start now. The chase is on.
Will the Falcon get his Fox for good?
REVIEW:
I cannot deny I have been waiting for this book for a while, hoping the author would bring it out. I fell in love with this amazing series and could only hope for the next book to be about band member Ransom and his interest in Sal.
That is exactly what I got. **does happy dance** But there is exactly where my expectations ended because what I got reading this book blew me away.
Catching up with the band members and their men (who we were introduced to in the first three books) felt like a warm welcome back into their lives.
Author Sandrine Gasq-Dion uses her writing to immediately get you back into the groove of this rock band and their members. Part 4 of the series it centres around lead singer Ransom and Sal Falcon, Hollywood sweetheart and hot-shot author.
From the minute the two met there has been a connection but with Sal deeply in the closet neither of them felt comfortable to make a move especially as Sal is always accompanied by his “girlfriend” Scarlett.
When they do act on it, the connection only intensifies and everything just seems to click into place. They need to be together, I have to say the author had me feeling it hard.
But just when things finally seem to be moving forward, something devastating happens that shakes up all of their lives. Sal retreats back into himself, hiding away from everything but Ransom will do anything to make them happen one way or another.
With the help of friends, the family they chose, Ransom goes all out to make sure they both can find their happy ending.
As a final note I am so hoping that the author won’t take too long to bring us more books in this wonderful series. When I read about Paul and his story (hopefully combined with the mystery bodyguard Buster) where it was hinted clearly there is so much more to their stories and lets not forget the last official band member, Rebel There is definitely a story there, hopefully including his funny grandfather and perhaps tour manager Stan?
I, for one, cannot wait for either of these men’s stories.
Highly recommended book and series.

Love this book!! I think Sandrine took on a subject that isn’t always shown in a positive light and proved that things are not always as dire as people think. This is so touching and REAL that it took my breath away. Another home run!!!
