BLURB:

The latest snowstorm carries something unexpected to the doorstep of Hutch’s secluded Alaskan cabin: a stranger named Jude, the most beautiful man Hutch has ever seen. Jude says he’s in the area for a ski trip and that he fled a domineering lover, thinking he could make it into town. But Hutch is a suspicious SOB and treats his unwanted guest warily. The problem is Jude isn’t just gorgeous, he’s funny and smart and flirtatious.

Two gay men snowed in for three days—things happen. Really good things. By the time the storm clears, Hutch finds himself a little too attached to Jude Devereaux, San Francisco-based male model. But is Jude what he claims to be? Or is he entangled in the secrets Hutch moved to Alaska to escape?

REVIEW:

Snow, steam and secrets. What the blurb promises, the book delivers. We get snow (Alaska in winter), lots of steam (two hot, strong, healthy men with an instant attraction in a cabin alone for a few days), and even more secrets (so not telling). Snowblind is an exciting, entertaining and heartwarming love story with two intriguing MCs and a tangle of secrets woven into the mix. I try not to reveal too much, so I just say I was glued to my kindle till the last page and my heartrate was all over the place.

Hutch and Jude are wonderful together. I was amazed how the writer was able to build such a strong and deep connection between them in a relatively short time, and how this connection gave a believable base for the rest of the story. Hutch and Jude have sizzling hot chemistry and real emotions that help them along the way. This story has plenty of unexpected twists and turns, lots of excitement, and a very satisfying ending. The writing is solid with a good pace, lots of actions and great feels. All the little details are revealed bit by bit keeping the reader at the edge of their seat throughout the story.

Eli Easton shows a very different side of her talented writing here. This story took a turn I never saw coming and gave my heart a good workout before it could rest. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
