REVIEW:
This audiobook seemed like a fun little romp when I first read the blurb, so I thought, “Why not?” Well, I can tell you that the narration was pretty good. The story? Meh.
Lucas has been attracted to and in love with his dad’s best friend Mitchell forever. Finally, Lucas has graduated from university and come home to work on his family’s ranch with Mitchell and his dad. And, hopefully to convince Mitchell to give him a chance.
Secretly attracted to Lucas since his best friend’s son for years, Mitchell has tried fighting his feelings for the young man to no avail. But, how could he betray his best friend by acting on his attractions? Well, they say Christmas is the time for miracles…
It is hard to share my complete opinion on the book without any spoilers. But what I can say is that the story was not for me. However, Ryder Watkins did a nice job narrating.
