Conquest: Kai’s Story by Kaden Shay
This story is extremely well written, the plot flows effortlessly, it made me feel, the characters come to life, I hated having to put it aside to get on with real life. In short, Conquest ticked all the boxes that make a book a top-notch read for me. This story is about to take center stage on my favorites shelf.
Not-So-Straight Sue by Cheyenne Blue
Loved the plot, loved the Aussie setting, loved the characters. Thoroughly entertaining read I highly recommend!
Fistful of Love by Renee Cronin
This story touch me in so many ways. The author needs to take a bow for tackling a topic that is often swept under the carpet – domestic violence! And even more so for raising awareness to the fact it’s not only men doing the abusing, and not only does it occur in heterosexual relationships.
I recommend Heartwood to everyone who enjoys a good mystery, well developed plot, and characters you’ll be rooting for.
No Strings Attached by Harper Bliss
I’m a long time fan of Harper’s work, however her latest series is one of my favorites. Lovers of well penned lesbian fiction with a touch of spice well loved both books in this series.
Heart’s Surrender by Emma Weimann
I thoroughly enjoyed this story. The plot is well developed, as are the characters. It made me feel and care which is the sign of great story telling, in my humble opinion.
Thanks for sharing your list, Dee. I haven’t read much FF tbh, so those mentioned above are new to me.
It is difficult commenting on your favorites reads of 2016. I don’t ever read F/F books. Not my cup of tea.
I don’t read FF genre. Too much for me, I guess.
Thanks anyway, Dee! <3
Wow! A list of all new books and authors for me to check out. Fantastic!
Thanks for sharing your list, Dee! I have not read much f/f, so it is interesting to see which ones you thought were the best last year.
I’ve only read a couple of f/fs, but I might try Lorelie Brown’s Thanksgiving story…
Don’t read many f/f books.
Oooh! This is a great list! I’ve not read any of these so they’re all completely new to me – which is always fantastic as even though my TBR is massive I’m always on the search for more to read. I’ll definately be checking these out after I’ve posted this. 😀
thank you for the list, Dee. I did not know most of the books, but I’ll make sure to add some of them to my TBR pile.
Thanks for the list!
I don’t read FF so there won’t be anything on this list that catches my eye but it’s good to know that the rest of the spectrum is getting a mention 🙂
I’ve read a few F/F stories but they’re really not my thing. Thank you for sharing your favorites.
I’ve never read any ff even though I would like to try once at least. Thanks for the list, I will check it.
Not a F/F reader but thank you for sharing your list.
What a great list of lesbian books. I’ve only read one on the list (Not-So-Straight-Sur but have heard good things about Heartwood and of course anything written by Harper Bliss. You’ve also given me some new to me authors to hunt down.
Thanks for sharing your top picks. It’s great to have a list of f/f stories, and they all sound good.
