REVIEW:
And again….Avril Ashton kills it with her men. I mean good GOD…I was all up in this story, salivating from page to page. This is brutal. Keep that in mind but I think any true Avril fan knows, she’s a pretty “savage” writer. She doesn’t pull any punches and that is exactly why Avril fans love her so much. Anyone who has been sitting on the edge of their seats waiting anxiously for Dutch and Patel will absolutely love this story but know its painful and so very much worth the wait.
Dutch and Patel have a very long history. Their love was formed very early on in their lives but circumstances have pulled them apart time and time again.
Dutch being the leader of a group of men who right wrongs by any means necessary has a ton of crazy baggage. Some of which is his never ending battle with his feelings toward Patel.
Patel, who is married (in an open relationship with a woman) with a child has never forgiven or forgotten Dutch. Being in a situation where you can’t live with the one you love but you can’t live without them either is a constant battle.
Both men come completely apart and then use each other to build themselves and their lives back together. It’s beautiful and so completely satisfying to see Dutch, a character we have heard about basically from the beginning find his happiness with the love of his love. And let me tell you, Dutch and Patel are like particles that collide and explode. Those two together are something else…dirty, naughty, hot, passionate, caring, loving….every single thing amazing you could think of is Dutch and Patel.
I love this author. I love these books. I love these men. I love it all.
Please give me more!!
