REVIEW:
I honestly did not expect to like this as much as I did. This book is incredibly hot but it also has this very sweet, romantic element that melted my heart. This is one of those stories where the characters start an assignation and it’s not supposed to develop into anything but then it becomes everything and it was so awesome. There’s also a few different subplots in the story that really made it a page turner. You wanted to know what was going on in every situation and you also were living for the times Wyatt and Adrian could be together. This book really sucked me in.
Adrian, an accountant is recovering from an ugly breakup with his boyfriend of 11 months. Feeling really down after some hurtful things said by his ex he needs something to pull him out of his depressive funk. On top of that his job as an accountant at a construction company is becoming stressful and strange after new policies were implemented.
Needing relief and something just for himself, he finds himself back at a bar he was at a few weeks ago looking for a stranger that was able to make him feel sexy and alive for the first time in a long time.
Wyatt is in a lust daze when he sees Adrian for the first time. He finds himself in a similar state when he’s lucky enough to see him again. The two set off on a physical relationship that is incredibly hot but as these things go, both develop feelings rather quickly.
Wyatt has secrets all his own and when he thinks his past is catching up to him he does the only thing he thinks he can, he runs.
Everything isn’t as it seems though. Both Adrian and Wyatt are caught up in things they know nothing about and have to deal with it and their budding relationship.
I really liked this story. It was entertaining, intense, sexy as all hell, and really romantic. The writing was good and the pacing was perfect. I was sucked in pretty early on.
I definitely recommend. Great read!
