LENGTH: 92 pages
RELEASE DATE: August 1st, 2016
BLURB:
Physically, it’s easy for Ethan and Wyatt to be together—well, if “easy” means stolen moments when Ethan’s roommate is away, or sneaking away to a hidden nook in the library. Privacy is hard to come by in a dorm, but finding ways to connect is half the fun.
Emotionally, though, that’s a different story. Wyatt isn’t sure if a relationship is something he can make last—years of having to hide his emotions have left him with a shaky sense of self-confidence. And when it’s time to head home for the holidays, their steamy on-campus connection may not translate so well to the real world…
REVIEW:
Ethan has to be the most patient, understanding character that I’ve ever read. Wyatt is just all kinds of into his insecurities so much so that they are drowning him and he’s helpless to not have those same insecurities bleed off into his relationship with Ethan. Like book 1, Ethan is this incredibly solid force or nature. He knows exactly what he wants and what he wants most of all is to stay with Wyatt. It was amazing to me how many times this could have gone one way but veered in another unexpected direction. I liked book 1 better but this was a good solid addition to the series.
Ethan and Wyatt are still navigating their brand new relationship, college life, their friends, and families. And while everything around them is uncertain their feelings for one another never falter. Unfortunately Wyatt is still very much insecure so it takes just that much more effort to keep him grounded and secure in his feelings.
With the added stress of the holidays approaching and exams Ethan and Wyatt must figure out how to stay together during a stressful time for both.
I am very much looking forward to book #3 in the Ethan and Wyatt saga. I’m really looking forward to watching these characters grow as individuals and a couple.
Overall this was pretty good!
