REVIEW:
Aiden Johnson is an assassin for the CIA. Whilst Aiden is on a mission in London his partner ‘Chuck’ has to take evasive measures when Aiden is being followed, the only problem with that is the evasive measure Chuck takes is pulling him into the men’s toilet and gave him the best blowjob of his life! The only problem with that is Aiden isn’t gay but the thing is, he really likes it! He has to keep telling himself that he’s not gay!
When Aiden returns to America he can’t stop thinking about Chuck and the blowjob and then he remembers the words of his father the one time he caught him masturbating to the NBA calendar over his bed – not the cheerleader version, telling him not to be such a faggot. Aiden is so devastated by his body’s betrayal all he can feel is shame. It gets so bad Aiden arranges a date with Jessica, a woman he used to date before she moved for work. The date is a washout; Aiden finds himself far more interested in the guy sitting at the next table. When Aiden takes Jessica back to her hotel everything goes wrong especially the fact that he can’t get hard.
Trace Williams is on a date with Derek, the only reason he dates him is because they both know they’ll get uncomplicated sex, no strings attached. Then Trace notices the guy at the next table with the good-looking woman, he even tells the man that pretending won’t work, he’ll still be gay no matter how many hot women he goes out with! When Trace see’s Aiden again it’s in the ER when Aiden comes in with a woman he rescued from being attacked. Once again Aiden decides to prove to himself that he’s not gay he sets up a date with Sue this time.
This date doesn’t even get started, after the first kiss Aiden calls Sue Trace! Night over! On his way home Aiden stops at a gay bar to prove he’s unaffected by men. He’s not there an hour when he’s getting a blowjob from a random guy.
Two days later Aiden turns up at Trace’s work. They go for dinner and while they sitting there Aiden realizes that he might just be starting to fall in love with Trace. Then Aiden starts to panic. Both Trace and Aiden are unbelievably attracted to each other and can’t stop thinking about each other. The next several months aren’t easy by any stretch of the imagination but they do manage to fall in love. They’re on a weekend break when they inadvertently become mixed up in a case that the CIA is setting up but one that Aiden isn’t involved in. After the weekend when Trace comes face-to-face with what Aiden does for a living he realizes that he doesn’t want anything to do with Aiden.
That’s it, no more! If you want to know how this fabulous story ends you’re going to have to get yourself a copy and read it. I must say with every book of Sara’s I read I fall more in love with her imagination! Go on, grab your copy of Not That Type of Guy.
