REVIEW:
This book was just too much fun! A sexy romp through the ancient world with a hero who is so amusing and fun that you are never sure what he is going to pull next.
A journey to meet his father leads Theseus to new discoveries about the pleasures his own body is capable of…and what pleasures other bodies can give him. He meets his true love in Pirithous, who is smooth and mysterious, and a host of friends and (it turns out) family that he sweeps along on his quest. Upon meeting his father, he discovers that he is not the benevolent kingly figure that he was hoping for and Theseus’ sense of right and wrong leads him and his friends on a quest for glory.
As with all good mythology, there are heroes and villains and everything is never as it seems. The author is able to take out all the fun bits from stories that are often dark and violent and characters who are the same and turn it into a delightfully fun read.
This story is light on storyline and heavy on the sex. The perfect thing if you are looking for a read that is not too long to brighten your day.
