Hi, I’m Grein Murray and I wanted to tell you a bit about my new book, His Fallen Angel. The book was inspired by my fascination with angels, and also a picture of a male model that I saw while browsing for muses for another book I was working on at the time. The model I saw, had long blonde hair and he looked angelic to me, from there Alexander’s story formed in my mind. Alexander is what is called a New Angel, meaning they haven’t been around as long as the historical angels you have heard about. I’ve always been the type of person to try to see good in others and that’s how my character, Roman, came to me. This book is not only about Alexander, but Roman as well. Roman needs to make a decision that will change his existence and that decision has to do with Alexander.
When I write, I have pictures on my desk of my characters and the places they go in my story. I’m a very visual writer and having these things helps me in my writing process. At times I wasn’t sure where the story was going to go so I’d take a step back and wait for something to come to me. I’ve always been a daydreamer and I think that helps me as a writer. I can see a picture or meet a person and form a story in my mind. The book I am working on now is based on a person I met that works at a local theme park.
I really enjoyed writing His Fallen Angel which flowed pretty well for me from start to finish. My characters weren’t done with me, because I had to write a second book about them. I hope my readers enjoy my first paranormal/supernatrual MM book.

I made sure that I ate my ice cream as seductively as I could until it was gone. Roman tossed the rest of his cone into some nearby bushes. “Why’d you….” I didn’t finish. I was dragged off the trail and stopped when Roman abruptly came to a halt. He looked down at me with a playful grin. There, in front of me, was a cropping of fallen trees. Roman pushed me toward them, then he started removing my pants and hoodie.

When I’m not writing I like going to concerts. Music is a big part of my life, I’ve played bass guitar since I was a teen. I love nature and enjoy hiking and working with causes that help protect our planet and wild animals.

I have loved books all of my life and have always enjoyed escaping the ordinary world by getting lost in a good book. I read a lot of different genres of books but have fallen in love with MM. I support the gay community and hope one day people will see that love is love and that it is a beautiful thing no matter your gender, race or religion.

I am an avid animal lover and have quite a collection of pets in my home. I love ancient history and have studied Alexander the Great as well as Egypt and it’s pharaohs. I also am very interested in angels and have researched them and will put that to use in future books.

I hope that my readers continue to fall in love with my characters and that my stories touch their lives and bring them happiness.

  1. I can tell after reading this is a book both my sisters would really enjoy reading and I am sure will purchase and read. I am not that big of a reader as they are but look for great books for them and have even won them some of them. Thanks for this opportunity

  10. Congrats on your new book. I like gay paranormal romances, and I find the concept intriguing of New and Fallen Angels, a sort of Romeo and Juliet division between the two.

    1. Thank you 16forward, I hope you enjoy them. This is the first paranormal book I have written, so it was exciting and a little scary at the same time. I have already written a sequel for it that I’m hoping to have out toward the end of summer.
