Time passes and life moves on, but when Charlie learns the only two men he’s ever loved are now in love with each other, his heart breaks all over again. Scott and Adan tell Charlie they want him back, but Charlie doesn’t know if he can trust two people who have hurt him so deeply. REVIEW:
You know, I’ll be the first to admit that I am not the biggest fan of M/M/M or ménage relationships in general. Personally, I’m too selfish as a partner so it’s hard for me to see the whole sharing aspect in others. I’ve been turned into it gradually from a few authors so I was hesitant to read this one but I wasn’t completely out of my element.
And you know…I actually liked this story. I thought I wasn’t going to but I did and I’m happy to say that. What I really liked….the differences in the characters…those differences complimented each other so well and it made disbelievers (like myself) totally get it. I so got it, and I appreciated that and I think other readers will too.
In a nut shell, Charlie (Chase) Rhodes met and fell in love with Scott and Adan at two completely different parts in his life. At the time of the two separate relationships he knew how special they were and he knew how lucky he was but he never understood how lucky they were to have him at that time.
Years later, he’s the father of two and BOOM Adan and Scott fall into his lap, really. They’re together but more importantly, they want him to make them whole.
This is where I love ménage stories. I love the openness and acceptance. I love how jealousy doesn’t even come into play. I love how the pleasure comes from watching, knowing, and receiving. That whole dynamic made this story for me.
Definitely recommend.
