REVIEW:
Getting fired can totally be a good thing…or at least Bernice tries to tell herself. So with a camper (that barely works) she sets off to take an extended vacation and find herself. What she finds is wifi dead zone, much to her horror–and Kerra, much to her delight. But every summer must come to an end, and Bernice will have to choose between what she has found and what she gave up.
I seem to be on an eternal search for good f/f stories, and so far the results have been rather mixed. But I was pleasantly surprised by this little short. In fact I wish it could have been longer because I was enjoying it.
These were a couple a very well written characters, and I had fun reading about them. I’m a bit obssessed with technology (for all that it seems to loathe me) so I don’t think I could give up wifi for love or money, but I got the whole ‘stop trying to live life thru your phone’ thing going on here. There is something to be said for just relaxing and letting the moment just be.
This book had a very summer feel to it. Lots of days under the sun and life in the great big world. And I trully felt the connection that these two women had with each other, which was a pleasant surprise.
The author was maybe a bit too liberal with the exclamation marks, though. That might just be because I have a general aversion to them in stories. Reminds me a bit too much of my tumblr days…
Anyways, good story.

I don’t usually read f/f stories so i was wondering if there were a lot of f/f stories in this anthology?
there are only two.
Thanks for answering my question, two isn’t that bad and maybe by reading those two i discover a whole new genre to me 🙂
The anthology sounds great.
