Twenty-year-old Christopher Robin Andrews lives his life in pieces. He’s a student. An artist. A loyal friend. And he’s had to make a living as a prostitute. He’s barely holding it all together, surviving day by day.

REVIEW:
I love this series! Each book just keeps getting better, and I like each story that comes along!
In this installment, we have moved on to Christopher Robin Andrews, who we met in book two. He is unfortunately still doing the prostitution thing as a way to pay for his very expensive art school, but things are looking up. He has an upcoming art show which will hopefully get his name out there. He also kind of met this gorgeous guy under the mistletoe at Jamie and Dmitri’s Christmas party, but the guy was really drunk, and based on the really tacky Rudolph ugly Christmas Sweater, complete with blinking red nose, he was probably straight! But he was a damn good kisser…too bad he passed out immediately after!
Christopher Robin still can’t eat anything but those damn neon orange peanut butter crackers. In this book we learn more about that backstory and a lot more about who Christopher Robin is, including why he is on the streets working as a prostitute.
When he runs into the “Rudolph” guy at Charlie and Dante’s wedding, it turns out his name is Kieran, and he is Jaime’s cousin. Is he gay?
The author does a really good job of making you care for her characters. In this installment we meet two new main characters, the aforementioned Kieran, and Hunter, a famous porn star. I loved both characters and can’t wait to see Hunter get his own story. And lest we forget Nana, Stana Dombruso, she is also back in this installment with some humorous scenes. I love this woman and really think she is my favorite character of the series. A feisty Italian mafia grandmother that likes to carry big guns in her purse. After all, you never know when you might need one!
I highly recommend this book, and the series. Even though the books tend to be a little longer than most books in this genre, they need to be because there is so much detail, so much character building, humor, drama, you name it. If you haven’t started the series…do yourself a favor and get started on it already!

Still haven’t read books 1 & 2 yet and this one looks good too. I’m on holiday next week, so I’ll get both books and maybe this one as well, for my holiday reads. Thank you for reminding me.
Hope you love them like I do!
Thank you Dan for the wonderful review, and for taking the time to go through the entire Firsts and Forever series!
It is a sacrifice to have to force myself to read such good books. LOL. Keep them coming! I’ll be all done the current books by the beginning of July and then will be waiting anxiously for the next one!
I am a huge fan of this series. I love how Alexa brings the characters to life. She has a strong talent of making you fall in love with them and making you care for their welfare. These books are full of humour and heart breaking back stories of the boys.
I agree. She does a wonderful job with character development. I feel like I know these guys personally. And I would LOVE to hang out with Nana for a day!
Thanks for reviewing this series I started it last week based on your reviews. I love it and just started book #7.
Well don’t give me any spoilers. I’m only up through number 4!
