So less then two weeks before GRL 2014 is here!
I am already freaking out about what to wear, what to take with me…
Did I order the books I wanted? What about the books I couldn’t order, what if they aren’t there for me to buy? How do I get it all back home??
I’m nervous in a good way about meeting people, most I have never seen before.I’m looking forward to seeing authors in the flesh that I only admired from their books, and seeing faces of people I have seen online, or spoken to on Facebook or on other social media. I’m also looking forward to the hugs I hope to get 🙂
The thing I am most nervous about is the flight. Nine hours alone in a plane… goodness! The one thing I said I wouldn’t do was fly over the ocean by myself and now I am doing just that.
I can only hope it will be worth it 🙂
It does make me sad seeing cancellations happening 🙁
At the moment I am suffering from a heavy cold and I need to shake this off ASAP!

This is my first GRL too….nervous? I’ve almost cancelled twice because I’m so nervous…! At this point, the suitcase is purchased, the wardrobe for colder weather is already packed…and I’ll be arriving with one hand in front of my face so I can peek between my fingers!
