Thanks for having me here! I’ve been having a blast on the blog tour, playing and focusing on cowboys and such. Broncs and Bullies is book 6 in the Mossy Glenn series, and it’s got more of a serious tone to it, a little more angst than I usually have in that series. However, we’re keeping the blog posts on the silly and sexy side.
Also, to celebrate the release of Broncs and Bullies, I’ll be giving away an ebook copy of Broncs and Bullies via Totallybound to a randomly drawn commenter to this post. A winner announced on my blog at www.baileysplayroom.blogspot.com on Sept. 13th.
All you have to do is leave a comment about the post below. Good luck 😀
My Top 5 Cowboys in Movies (AKA, Cowboys that make me drool)
- Robert Redford. Didn’t even have to give that any thought. I generally prefer dark haired men but Robert…oh he makes my little heart go pitter patter. We’ll stop with the heart area. 😀
- Terence Hill. I mentioned him in another post about my favorite western movies. I was certain I was going to marry Terence when I grew up. He didn’t cooperate. Huh. What a meanie. I should remove him from my list. Except I can’t because he’s kind of an ingrained crush at this point. Google the man: http://www.librarising.com/astrology/celebs/terencehill.html Yeah, he doesn’t look like that anymore, but parts of me are drooping too, dang it.
- Paul Newman. Yeah, absolutely can’t have the Sundance Kid without Butch Cassidy. Seriously, everything about Paul Newman was beautiful.
- I just realized I need a longer list. Phooey. Okay I’m putting Jake Gyllenhaal and Heath Ledger together. Just like I should have put Robert and Paul.
- Hmm, there are soooo many options! It hurts to pick just one. I’ll go with the classic, Clint Eastwood. From way back. I’m not talking Unforgiven (which I loved, btw) but when he was making movies like Paint Your Wagon and A Fistful of Dollars. Ow. I think I wounded myself cutting that list down. Who would you put on it?
Blurb for Broncs and Bullies:
Frankie never let anyone close, until Duke refused to give up on him.
Frankie Freemont knows everyone at the Mossy Glenn thinks he’s a jerk for breaking things off with Jody. Letting people get close to him just isn’t something Frankie does. And older men? No way. Frankie doesn’t do that daddy thing so many younger guys seem to like.
Which is why he can’t understand his reaction to Duke Edmonds. Duke has always made him nervous for no reason Frankie can figure out.
Duke suffers a concussion, and Frankie suffers the consequences of a bad choice he makes. With his family wanting him for only one thing—money—and Duke slowly breaking down his defenses, Frankie doesn’t know which way is up.
Duke is determined to prove to Frankie that he’s a good man—they both are. Duke’s worked hard to overcome his youthful past. He’s still ashamed of being a bully years ago, and does everything he can to make sure he never makes mistakes like that again. Being a better man is hard at times, but Duke’s spent his whole adult life doing so.
Now he and Frankie have to decide what they want, and how to go about getting it. That means making some changes that can break each man’s heart.

About Bailey Bradford:
A native Texan, Bailey spends her days spinning stories around in her head, which has contributed to more than one incident of tripping over her own feet. Evenings are reserved for pounding away at the keyboard, as are early morning hours. Sleep? Doesn’t happen much. Writing is too much fun, and there are too many characters bouncing about, tapping on Bailey’s brain demanding to be let out.
Caffeine and chocolate are permanent fixtures in Bailey’s office and are never far from hand at any given time. Removing either of those necessities from Bailey’s presence can result in what is known as A Very, Very Scary Bailey and is not advised under any circumstances.

Hey, another Terence Hill Fan, awesome :). I never wanted to marry him (didn’t think of it, darn), but I already drooled over him when I was way too young to drool about men *lol*.
Give me cowboys’ books anytime!! Thank you for the giveaway!!
Fun list! I like Gregory Peck in any western, partly because I love him and partly due to the sketch Jon Stewart did the year he hosted the Oscars. He addressed the BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN controversy by sniffing “there is NOTHING homoerotic about the classic American western!” This, of course, was immediately followed by a compilation reel that took all kinds of classic movies out of context, making them all slasherific indeed. And of course, the running gag was that Gregory Peck’s characters were after *all* the guys…loved it.
HI Ardent Ereader! *waves! And thank you!! I hope you have a fantastic day 😀
Thank you, sherry1969 (I was born in that year, it’s a great your ^.^ )

Thank you, Rashell! I love all of them *sigh*
Oh yes, DebraG, that one too. Just about all of Clint’s westerns, though The Outlaw Josie Wales was one that I didn’t like nearly as much. I know it was a favorite for lots of people. Still, Clint was such a stud!
It’s all good, DebraE. I was a big Daddy’s girl and since he watched westerns and read Louis L’amour, so did I 😀
Thank you, tea58 😀
