Fact #6 – Guardsman Dan Harrison found the Guard was an excellent way to get away from his controlling and conservative parents.
Jared and Joseph chattered away, laughing. Dan had no idea what they were talking about. He was mesmerized by every tiny nuance that was Jared. His perfect white teeth when he smiled wide. The tantalizing lips that surrounded those teeth. They were very, very lucky teeth. His quirky movements, his heavily lashed eyes, his graceful hands that he gestured with dramatically—everything he did seemed like the most amazing thing Dan had ever seen.
Suddenly Jared whipped around to face him, startling Dan to the point where he’d almost lost his balance and fallen out of his chair.
“Aren’t you gonna eat your burger?”
Dan gulped. He was pretty sure he was supposed to say something back to the heavenly creature gazing at him with those hypnotic eyes.
A dark hazel. Striking.
He cleared his throat. “Oh, I was waiting for everyone else.”
Glancing around the table, he saw that the others were already digging in to their food. He turned back to Jared, smiling sheepishly.
“Would you like some?”
“I don’t eat meat.”
As soon as he’d said it, both he and Joseph erupted into loud and raucous laughter.
Jared recovered somewhat, fanning himself. “What I mean is that I’m very picky about what meat I eat.”
That was it. Dan was hard. He’d been working up to it from the moment he’d spotted Jared strolling in, but every one of Dan’s perimeters had been compromised by the hot young man since then and now Dan had finally reached the moment of surrender. At least his dick had.
Jared’s statement had set both of them off laughing again and Dan chuckled along. He honestly did see the humor in it, but he wasn’t in a joking mood. He was in more of a throw Jared to the ground and claim his ass kind of mood. At least in his fantasies he knew how to claim a guy’s ass. In reality, since he’d come out, there’d only been a couple of hand jobs and one quick blow job.
