Do you think you have a strong connection to Cattle Valley because you have written so many in the series? Do you see the series ending?

 

Absolutely. A lot of the characters in Cattle Valley have been in my head since 2007.

 

I’ve written thirty-one books in the series. Since it usually takes me about three weeks to write a Cattle Valley book, that means these characters and this fabulous town have been exclusively in my head for approximately ninety-three weeks since I wrote the first story.

 

That’s an incredibly long time to concentrate on one particular series, so, yes, I definitely feel close to the town and characters.

 

Although I do plan to slow down on Cattle Valley releases, readers should still expect at least two more stories per year for the next few years.
