The Guards of Folsom series have consisted of stand-alone books. I’ve always said, you can read them in any order and pick your kink. However, ROPED ends with a wee bit of a cliff hanger. The reason for this is that BOUND—book 5 in the series—will be the final book. Rather than introduce new characters and players, BOUND brings all the previous characters together. They must bind together to protect one of their own.
ROPED is also a bit different from the others in that, we get to see Tek & Jamie from the time they are 12. The book highlights monumental events in their lives and explains who they are and why they are so close. Tek & Jamie are not into the “lifestyle” per se, but rather work in a BDSM club and through their interactions with the members of the club, learn how to deal with the fact they are both alphas. Like everything else in their lives they must learn to compromise and respect the wants and needs of the other.
So a heads up, if you decide to take the journey with Tek & Jamie in ROPED, their story will continue in BOUND along with Micah, Tackett, Mason, Bobby, Rig, Max, and Aiden.
