REVIEW:
Well, this fell into one of those categories of I didn’t love it and I didn’t hate it. There were things I absolutely adored and things I felt nothing about. Reading the reviews I really expected to dislike Thane, but I didn’t. His thought process is screwed but he does what he does because it’s what he’s use to. Plus in his mind he feels he’s truly helping out whatever partner he’s with at the time. What did bother me was his complete disconnect from what Levi kept telling him over and over. His “aha” moment should have come a lot sooner no matter how things have gone for him in the past. But it still wasn’t enough for me to totally despise him. Another thing that I struggle with in stories is the long distance relationship/pining/unrequited love thing. I hated the distance between these two no matter how much I think it was needed. The passion and chemistry burned unbelievably hot for both Levi and Thane, I really enjoyed the connection they shared.
Thane, an unbelievably wealthy business owner, isn’t use to being told no. His money has bought him any and every thing he’s ever wanted. So, when one of his new employees tells him no, Thane doesn’t know how to react.
Levi refuses to be bought. He has goals and a family to take care of and he knows he can do it all without having to take money for sex. After emotions and feelings take over both Thane and Levi are left hurt, confused, and alone.
I enjoyed the fact that Levi and Thane’s connection felt emotional and physical almost from the beginning. It made me care about the characters a lot more than I would have if it was only physical. I liked how Thane’s struggle with his emotions was clearly evident in everything he did regarding Levi. I loved Levi’s firm stance and the things he would and wouldn’t do. The supporting characters were fantastic loved the relationship Levi had with his brothers and his boss Julian. I even loved the relationship Thane had with Julian and the fact that Julian refused to back down to Thane and his temper.
I enjoyed this story. Yes, there were things I really liked and things that were blah. Overall, I’d recommend to any Kindle Alexander fan.

The repetition was really an issue for me (as much with the establishment of Reservations itself as with Levi’s boundaries), it seems like a lot of exposition could be cut. Levi was the saving grace, he was compelling!
