Thanks! I’ll have to see if the site owner is too busy to fix it (we’ve had trouble with it here). If you click on the link that goes to the blog schedule, the Rafflecopter widget is working there! Sorry!

So many good NZ bands, too! (The Clean! Split Enz/Crowded House/The Finn Brothers! Flight of the Conchords!)

I love Split Enz and Crowded House – saw them in concert once. Those Finn brothers are so talented. And yes lots of fabulous NZ musicians to listen to. Last month – May – was NZ music month too.

Ah, Trix, you so clearly know more about NZ bands than I do! I’ll have to check those out, and I’ll let Anne (the Kiwi half of our writing duo) know you dropped these names… Thanks!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on music & the secret answers to the post. Although I already commented on my ignorance yesterday so I’ll just leave it at that. 🙂

I have to admit I had to double check a couple of them, and I live here!

Thanks for the answers to the questions from the last post. I rarely listen to music when I read. Although at holiday time I like to listen to holiday music while I read holiday stories.

Ah… Holidays. We are currently halfway there. I always miss them right about this time of year. Not quite as much when the shopping rush is on. Thanks for commenting, Jen. (Sorry I didn’t see this earlier.)

I tend to listen to music when I read and sometimes try to see if what I am listening to relates to the story or a character in the story.

Hi! Sorry I didn’t see your comment earlier—it’s been a crazy month. I’m curious if you listened to any of the play list for Sunset at Pencarrow, and if you did, did you think it related? If you see this comment, I’d love to hear your answer.

As a general rule I cannot work or read and listen to music at the same time, unless it is classic music. Music with lyrics distracts me because I tend to sing along…

Susana, me too. I once worked at a credit union where they played a local radio station all day. The commercial jingles were the worst! Thanks for your comment. Sorry it took me so long to respond. 🙂
